On January 7th 2017 A group of us were moving my son from Wilton N.H. To Mass. I called Extra Space Storage in Abington that morning from N.H. and had a GREAT conversation with Debby. She helped me over the phone to pick a storage Unit based on the size of the truck I rented and the contents we were moving. At the end of our conversation she told us to be careful because a snow storm was just starting to hit Ma. and that she would be there when we arrived, by the time we hit the road it had JUST started to snow a bit. The closer we got to Ma, the HARDER it snowed. Traffic dropped to less than 5 miles an hour before we even hit the Mass line, the snow became white out conditions. All our vehicles involved with the moving, had to pull over a couple of times on the highway to clear our wipers so we could see. Spin outs all the way to and thru mass. What should have taken 1 hour and 45 minutes driving time took us over four and a half hours. I called Debby in a panic from the road just to see if the place was still open. She assured me she was going nowhere until we arrived and gave us specific instructions how to drive right to our unit when we get there! Again she told us to take our time and be extra careful. When we finally arrived safe, but NOT so sound, Debby greeted us right away. We were sooo stressed and cold and wet. She was amazing. Her friendly CARING side did wonders for us all. She actually walked thru the storm to our unit which was way out back just to be sure everything was ok. We realized after about ten minutes of trying hard to unload in the height of the storm that we just couldn’t do any more. We talked to Debby about it and we all made a plan for the night and would re group in the morning. I am soooo thankful Extra Space Storage had an amazing CARING person behind that desk. Moving cross country can be a harrowing experience, and honestly, Deb at Extra Space saved my butt big time. I booked my unit before leaving California based on the best estimate of the amount of space Id need, and was relieved at how easy the process was. My movers came and picked everything up without issue, and I headed out to Massachusetts over a ten day period. Long story short, my stuff showed up on a Sunday, and I hadnt yet had a chance to secure a gate code from Extra Space, or even seen my unit. I had a few minutes of total panic, until I found Deb on property! Deb was calm, knew we could solve any issue we might face, and worked with me on her day off just because thats the kind of fantastic person she is. I felt terribly about interrupting her day, but she assured me that its ok, these things happen, etc. We ended up needing to move into a bigger unit, and found the cost increase of about $30 to be extremely reasonable. Deb was thorough, despite the fact that it was in fact, her day off, and explained all the details of the contracts we had to sign, just to make sure we knew and understood important policies. Her courtesy and professionalism are exemplary, it was truly a joy to have what could have been a total disaster turn out just peachy for all parties involved. I feel totally confident that our belongings are in good hands at this storage complex, and I would highly recommend Extra Space to anyone looking for storage.

I decided to get a 10x15 unit here after price comparison shopping in the Abington area. Prices were clearly better than Public Storage, so I decided to call and acquire as much detail as possible. Deb, the manager for this Abington location was incredible. While everyone says they are all about customer service, Deb clearly understands what real customer service is. My wife and I were running late to get to this facility. We called and said that we wont make it before they closed at 6pm. Deb said thats ok, "Ill wait until you get here". Most places would closed the second it was past 6pm. But Deb stayed and waited. Once there...Deb was extremely friendly and showed us the units that were available. At this time, it was 7pm. The units were clear and access to them via my uhaul truck was excellent. I highly recommend them.

I want to say thanks to your great staff. Not only are they professionals; they are also excellent when it comes to customer service. It all started when I went to this location looking for a place to store my belongings; right there and I then I have discovered how much the manager herself, Ms. Deb , cares about her customers, including me. Ms.Deb is truly a problem solver, she is always there whenever a issue arises. She always comes up with the best solution that works. I am sincerely grateful and appreciative for the accurate and wonderful service that I received from my storage facility, anytime needed, Dedication and compassion are many of the constant reasons that I have decided to continue doing business with that same great location. Deb Dupie & Amy Bowman of the Extra Space Storage in Abington are life saving angels. Seriously I dont know how else I would have pulled out of the personal turmoil I was going through. It just really blows me away how caring & helpful the girls are @ the extra space in Abington. Bravo, wish we could receive customer service like this everywhere. This is the first review I have ever posted. Ive just never been so satisfied with customer service, I was compelled to write my first review! SOOOOOOOOOO IMPRESED,, HIGHLY,, HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!!!!!! This isnt just a 9 to 5 for these girls. They take there job very seriously, if u want the best of the best rush down to the Abington location while there is still vacancy!

Extra Space Storage in Abington came TO THE RESCUE, of my wife on moving day. Movers overestimated their own facility and after having pulled all of our home out and loaded it into the truck, we were in a bind. Luckily the woman who was working on May 19 helped us out with getting a unit, she was great with our 3 and 4 yr old boys. Ive never experienced this type of customer service and accommodation. If you or anyone you care about is moving or needs storage, use this company, being treated well and finding a company that exceeds expectations is rare these days. This company surpassed our expectations. 5 STARS only because I cant give them 10!

Great customer service. Deb is a wonder young lady who is very happy and eager to help you in all your storage needs. She is very polite and friendly. She has a great , no tricks approach to serving you. She explains everything to you clearly. She will be happy to help you figure out just what type of storage you actually need and she will not try to up sell you, she hates hidden fees and tricks so she is out to help the customer first and foremost. She constantly walks the premesis making sure everything is as it should be. Great experience working with Deb, if you have storage needs look no further this is the place you need to go!!
