I was moving things in and out of my storage and the woman was angrily telling me to move the furniture out of the elevator (that was not mine). She proceeded to give me attitude telling me that I cant block the elevator. Funny thing is it was not my furniture. I walked away and when I walked back in she told me to move the furniture so she could vacuum (why would you vacuum while two different families are moving things in and out) she followed me to my storage unit as if she didnt believe the furniture was not mine and when my movers told her it was not ours again.. she walked away with an attitude. No apology or anything. Im disappointed that I chose to do business with this location.

I would HIGHLY recommend this storage facility! The facility is immaculately kept, dollies are always there available for use, but more importantly the staff is extremely helpful, friendly and very professional & courteous. They care about their customers and literally go out of their way to make them (us) happy, which I experienced this weekend. Both gentlemen in the office have been extremely helpful. When I had questions about my initial rental, and later needed a last-minute switch, they were on hand for everything and ensured I was well taken care of. They made the entire process extremely easy, and have been both professional and pleasant the entire time. Definitely recommend!
