The staff is what keeps this place great! I have rented here for the last three years. The facility is always kept clean and I have always felt safe there. I have met quite a few great "neighbors" and the staff (both Melissas) are super friendly and professional. They are always out and about checking on not only their duties around the facility but checking in to be sure their tenants are informed and happy. Reading the bad review just listed makes my blood boil. The woman who wrote it seems to forget that in her leasing agreement it clearly states that after 5 days of non payment you will be locked out until your bill is paid. This place is a month to month business. No laws were broken. The gate was hit by a distracted driver who bent it beyond repair. This very large gate isnt something stocked at home depot so there was a short period of time where there was access to the facility while a new gate was made. Certainly something beyond both the staff and the owners control. Its unfortunate that the staff cant write a rebuttal to misguided slanderous reviewers. I guess thats why I feel compelled to write at this time. Its disheartening to see someone wish bad karma on someone so kind and good hearted who was merely doing her job. Karma bites rule breakers and liars too.....

The gate very often does not work properly, and is under repairs leaving the facility wide open and unsafe. Manager seems to be acting inappropietly. In my case, I missed the payment by 9 days due to my travels being out of state. I informed the facility about not being able to transfer money between accounts until specific time which supposed to be in 2 days. Because my car was hit at the rear end while travelling, I had to stop and unload everything at the storage and drive to the body shop (which was near by)-all was scheduled by the insurance company including a car rental. I informed the manager about returning to take my things, which were not meant to be stored. When I returned the menager refused to provide the access to my unit against the contract and in violation with Chapter 105A . I kindly asked whether she could open the gate allowing me to take the medications, and passports plus my work tools like laptop and so on, which I have just dropped off. The woman in charge refused. She also refused to allow me to inspect my things. I had to call 911. It is unbelievable behaviour, not only in violation with law but simply malicious. I hope karma will take a heavy toll on that person. She deserves it. As they say, what goes around comes around.

Good storage place. But when we got our storage it had good price for a large storage. When we got there it turned out to be 3 small storages. I had to buy 2 more locks that was disappointing. We got the storage for long time. After few months they send us latter saying that they are happy to have us they are rising price by 20$ for nothing. But they are good and safe and huge verity of storage place.

This is the best storage facility in the area . I have rented from competitors many times through the years but this facility stands alone. The location is convenient ,the prices are fair, the property is always clean. The most important factor for renting here for me is truly the property manager , she is the best .Thanks Melissa .

I never rented before was a little nervous and the customer service I got from both Melissas was excellent . I ended renting at 5x10. I would recommend this property !! Great Customer Service !!

Im glad we chose this place for storage, the people in the office were very helpful and understanding, kind and friendly. Our things were safe and I never had to worry about anything.
