Extra space storage of Easton, Ma. is a great facility. Brian and Kevin are friendly and helpful. This morning I had to rush to get a new unit because the one I had was too small. I was in a rush, Brian was in a rush. We were both stressed out. He had me out of there in six minutes,as he said he would. We were both in a rush, so the computer overcharged me for the unit transfer. I forgot to take the copies of my new units contract. I came back later, when I had time to digest everything that happened. Brian solved the problem in a couple of minutes. He sat down with me so that we could go over the computer error. He said that I was right. I was overcharged. He called a couple of managers and fixed the problem. His customer service was outstanding. The facilities are clean. My unit could use a little cleaning on the floor surface, but thats nothing a couple of blankets wont cover. The facilities are safe there. They have many safety features included in the registration process to make sure that your belongings are secure. The facility is right up the street from my home and easy to access. There is plenty of space in between the aisles, so that if you had to back up the rear of your vehicle to the storage unit, a large truck will still have room to pass by you. Excellent storage facility and even more excellent was the customer service. I would call these guys customer care representatives because they treated us as though they cared.

I have never rented storage before until I rented from Extra Space Easton.I rent a small unit that suits my needs and is plenty big. I have been renting for 5 years. When I first rented the unit Kevin showed me all the units. There was not a hard pushy sale by Kevin what you want is what you get period. This facility is clean well protected and dry. To put it bluntly the doors are newer on the units. This was a major reason my friend went to extra space as his door and safety were in jeopardy. The units are always checked to make sure they are locked. I can attest to that as I forgot twice and was called twice by Kevin and Sherri and messages were left on both phones I did not return a call and was called again. Whether it is long term or short term storage Kevin and Sherri are a phone call away. If you leave a message your call is returned promptly by Kevin or Sherri. Extra Space also sells moving merchandise at a reasonable cost. If you rent storage I would purchase the lock at extra space as they are designed to fit the unit. I never endorse a company or place unless I am 150% sure that my expectations have been met. Please note I am not affiliated with Extra Space other than being a satisfied customer. Give Extra Space a chance to service your storage needs. I know you will not be disappointed!!!!

I use to have a storage unit for many years, I kept it as I go to school in Pennsylvania, after the long drive home I wanted to grab a few things out of my storage that I would need before my family would help me with the rest. I got there around 9:45PM. At around 10:15 a man started yelling at me saying I needed to leave immediately and claimed to be the manager (he was not in any type of official uniform) I asked for his name and he said it was Dan or Don, something along those lines. As a 22 year old female this made me feel very uncomfortable, I was not allowed to finish grabbing the things I needed and was forced to leave. I do understand the gate closes at 10PM, but if the gate works at 9:59 it is reasonable to assume someone may be in there for another 30 minutes or so. Also why is this man walking around back there alone when he thinks everyone is gone? It was extremely creepy, the very next day my Uncle and Boyfriend got my stuff out of there and moved it to Public Storage in Brockton, I will never step foot on another Extra Space Storage again in my lifetime.

Im very happy to finally be posting a review for Extra Space in South Easton. Since becoming a customer back in 2014, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Ive never had any issues with my unit, whether it be in regards to the security of my unit or to the condition of my possessions inside the unit. Recently, I had some administrative matters that I needed to take care of. DAN helped me out with this process and was absolutely wonderful! He was so accommodating and pleasant throughout the whole process -making what could have been an aggravating situation entirely bearable. He was very knowledgeable about the companys policies and procedures for the matter at hand, making it quick and easy! Dan also has been great month-to-month when it comes to taking my payments (and even reminding me when I forget). Thank you Extra Space Storage (and Dan especially!) for everything these past 2 years! Couldnt be happier with my decision to rent with you!

I have been a customer of Extra Space For about 10 years or so, and i remain so. One of the main reasons i go through company is that i travel for business, and have to store from site to site. And puts my mind to ease that my items are in a secure environment with onsite management that CANNOT be topped. My experience with the same manager - on-site Kevin M, he has not been nothing but - friendly, professional, intelligent, courteous, and protective of my storage unit always there for me using constant vigilance and awareness. I would recommend Extra Space Storage over any other Storage provider on my word. Over the past 10 years, i have had no damage, no security problems, no problems getting in touch with the manager, cleanliness issues, etc. It is the one constant thing i do not have to worry about. Thank you Extra Space, but more-so thank you Kevin M!!!!!!!!!!!!

I pay my Office space off with Autobill Pay, so the bill was paid, but for no reason what so ever my code to enter the back of the unit so I can access my equipment needed for my business was deactivated by their clueless staff. Of course no one was working at the time when I was unable to get into my business. just a normal we will be back later or manager on property sign so i had to sit around and wait losing money. Seems no one there actually does any work and is just careless. I never seen a business become so poor so fast in the last few months. Maybe if the "sheriff" who runs the place now actually did something productive for once

I was promised security in the form of a locked gate. When I signed up the gate was not working properly BUT I was assured it would be fixed. When I went to store my vehicle, the gate was still broken. I didnt think it was fair that I pay full price when I was promised security services that were not delivered. I called extra space and spoke with Dan (the owner I think) who told me that if I didnt like it, I could go somewhere else. He refused to adjust the price and was extremely rude. BEWARE stay away from this place and Dan. Hes two-faced scum who will be nice to secure your money and then hell disregard you as an expendable customer.
