Extra Storage Space is exceptionally neat & clean (not even a cigarette butt on the ground). The unit I rented was also clean, easily accessible, and the overhead door worked flawlessly. I recommend reserving space before you show up, even if its only an hour before you show up (like me, lol). If you forget to bring a lock, no worries, they sell them on-site. Bill, the manager, was very pleasant, courteous, and thorough (with billing details); hes even got a sense of humor! He seemed so genuinely concerned about my hapiness of renting here that, for a moment, I thought I was renting a room at a bed & breakfast! Bill did have a trainee, Jeff, who was also pleasant and courteous. I have used other space-rental places over the years, but this is the first one that really left me with that appreciated-customer-feeling. Also, the first one I have ever posted a review about. I would highly recommend this location to anybody needing to rent storage space.

Rented a climate control unit by one of the entrances for about a year only to find damaged items upon moving! I paid the extra $9 a month for insurance ONLY to find out that it doesnt cover condensation, or humidity, or any water damage except if there was a leak in the roof. I was told that My unit was far away from the "climate control" machines so thats probably why my stuff was warped and damaged and went straight into the dumpster. They deal with a third party insurance company who paid me what was due AFTER my $100 deductible - 4 Months later as well! If you can avoid this place do it, if not, try to get a unit close to the middle of the building.

My unit at Extra Space Storage is clean, convenient and well protected. I am storing cherished household items while my house is being staged for selling, so the care and safety of my possessions mean a great deal to me. Best of all is the customer service at Extra Space Storage. Angel has been very accomodating and Scott is the most caring, friendly and helpful person you can hope to meet. In a day when customer service is all but dead, these individuals understand that they are selling service, as well as a storage space. Rare Indeed! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

We are happy to report a very positive experience in our time at Extra Space Storage in Raynham. Our inside climate controlled units have lighting and the space we require. We are able to use carts to move a large amount of material in a short time. We have organized all of the downsized items over time. The store has supplies and is easy to use. My parents have had a really good experience renting at Extra Space, and since I sometimes move multiple times a year for work, I decided to get a unit as well. Bill at the front desk not only remembered my parents, but found me a unit right near theirs, helped me set up my combo lock, and explained the fine print in the agreement really clearly. Turns out renting a unit is less expensive than U-Hauling my stuff around every six months. Excellent customer service experience!

I cant say enough great things about the staff here!! We have had the pleasure of dealing with Bill & Lois and they go out of their way to help. We werent sure what size storage unit we needed so Lois took the time to explain the different units....without trying to convince us to rent something larger that we didnt need. She is so sweet & always has a big smile on her face. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit!!!

Coming from Florida, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised to find that Extra Space Storage is exactly what we were hoping for. Staff members went out of their way to make us feel at home. Ease of loading our goods into the unit worked out great using their free equipment. We love the climate controlled unit we chose. The price was more than fair. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

Bill was awesome helping my husband and I in finding the perfect space. In the chaos of selling our house we needed storage for staging and will use as well during the house hunting stage! Ive had to put things in storage a few times in the past and I have to say this place is the cleanest Ive ever used. Very well maintained. Bill was great. He went through the lease agreement clearly and thoroughly and had me on my way in no time. And he was just a super nice guy. If I ever need storage again I will definitely come back here.

This place was great. Found myself needing storage in an emergency and Bill treated me very respectably when I first was their with an ex. I was able to pay very easily over the phone and even when I did move out was more than helpful through the whole process. Thank you again Bill and Lois. Will use you in the future if I need storage.

Great Customer Service from Bill the owner and Lois the assistance manager, storage space is as advertised online, clean and secure, easy to use, facilities!! Even got a follow up phone calls and a reminder to put a lock on from staff. Wouldnt use any other facility, save your time and worth the money!!!

The staff has been extremely helpful and accomodating to our needs. The grounds are always clean. We needed to change from a smaller unit to a larger unit. The weekend we were supposed to move was pouring rain and Bill was willing to extend our reservation so we wouldnt have to move our stuff in the rain.

Working with Bill was a great experience. He was very patient with us. We asked a lot of questions and we came in close to closing time. He took us on a tour of the facility and explained the different types of units. The unit we chose is in the climate controlled building. Easy access to our unit.
