Walked in to the office today, amazing young lady at the desk. Eileen is her name. I was looking for prices for storage units. I specified to her I was not looking to move in yet but she did everything in her power to get me in there today, not her fault though. Im just not ready to rent. You better believe Ill be back to see her. Everything she said from that second I walked in there convinced me not to go else where. Every other place I went to, well... They just werent friendly at all. She asked me if I would recommend her services and I approved so here I am recommending her in revere and in Danvers for future customers to go see her if they want what they need. I work in sales it takes effort to do this work. Nice to see someone with her skills working the job. Excellent experience.

Public Storage held a unit for me for approximately one week, and honored an online price that was initially offered to me, which was cheaper than the walk in price. The Revere staff at Public Storage was super friendly, informative, and helpful. Just today, I was in a hurry to move things into my unit, but had forgotten my access code and needed a little help finding where my unit was again. The two employees working at the time, were working together to help me - one was writing my code down, while the other was locating where my unit was on the map and was preparing to take me there. Both were very helpful! Thanks!!! So far my service has been great!

Michelle made my sisters moving experience easier for her and the rest of our family. Not only was she unbelievably friendly, but she went above and beyond her job description. We arrived at Public Storage in Revere at 8:30 on Friday night, not knowing that it closed at 9. Michelle helped us to get the truck in, unload it, and when the unit that we had purchased was too small, she helped us change our unit to a larger one. Because of Michelle, we will definitely be going back to Public Storage for any other storage needs. Not only have we successfully moved our things, but we have also made a new friend. Thank you Michelle!

I tend to only write reviews when the service either does not meet my standards or exceeds them. I am pleased to say this Revere location of Public Storage has truly been a great experience. The office has a wonderful staff whom I have seen throughout the years (Christine, Michelle, and now Maria) and I am always greeted with professionalism and a smile. It is my experience that this site is well maintained and secure, and monitored regularly. I would recommend to anyone who has storage needs in the area to consider this location.

Ive use multiple storage facilities in the past and none can compare to the service that Eileen & Michelle provide. Needed to store a car. They answered all my questions and had everything set when I came in. Beyond their customer service they are so nice (not a given in todays world). They were genuinely excited to see my car when I finally arrived and went out of their way to make me feel like their only customer. They made such an impression I make sure to stop and say hello whenever I access my rental. GREAT PLACE. GREAT PEOPLE!

So, I normally I dont leave reviews but I wanted to make sure that anyone looking for storage space knew about this location. I did a lot of research on storage space in the area and Pubic Storage in Revere was by far the best and cheapest. We had the pleasure of working with Michelle and she was truly wonderful. Not only was she efficient (she had us processed within 15 minutes) but she was kind, friendly and quite a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this facility.

Staff (Michelle) was very professional, courteous and very helpful. Took me on a tour to visit different units/sizes.....appreciated that!! The building is in an excellent location, it was clean-inside and out,...secure (completely enclosed with chain-link fence-all intact) and extremely easy entry/exit through gates with codes. The prices were very good-affordable and fair. I would highly recommend this Public Storage location to everyone!

Two thumbs up for the Revere Public Storage! The facility is clean, well lit, and easy to access from the highway. Competitive prices to their peers. What won me over is the highly professional staff. More specifically, Michelle was just awesome in helping me to understand my options and went out of her way to ensure that I was satisfied with my unit. Public Storage was very helpful and kept everything clean inside facility I dont think its climate controlled it still gets hot in summer and cold in winter. my bill went from 45 in 2003 to 121 in 2013 for the same service the same locker. we finally cleaned it out and left at least now I can save money. but when we needed it for storage we had it so thanks pub storage for 10 yrs of service.

I have rented at many storage facilities because I am a business owner. Id say that revere public storage is my favorite place to go. Ive worked with Maria and Christine. Theyve treated me well. Great customer service. The property is always clean. I plan on staying here for a very long time. I would recommend to anyone needing storage.

I stopped by public storage supply in revere for moving supplies. Office was very clean presentable, staff was friendly, cheerful and very helpful. I came in today not knowing what I wanted. Originally I wanted a small unit so later on I can move up a size instead jodanny the manager on duty was extremely helpful.she told me that going with a bigger unit would be the most logically thing to do.She save me hundreds and I couldnt be anymore graceful.

Staff is very professional. This is one of the only Public Storage locations that does not require you to buy a special lock. They do require insurance thought, thats just another way for them to get free money. The location is clean and climate controlled. They even have dollies for you to use.
