I would have been completely satisfied if it had not been for a roof leak in my unit, which caused some slight but thankfully repairable damage to an office desk. Dont bother with the insurance, it has scam written on it. They want you to produce receipts (sensible, unless the item is older) and in lieu of receipts (this was my case) a notarized assessment of value. They can go straight to hell. This was my first experience with storage facilities. Live and learn. And I asked questions - of course SSS just acts as an selling agent for insurance company, how convenient, so its easy for them to wash their hands of any responsibility. Buy a good tarp, cover your stuff and forget the insurance, unless your Rembrandt has an official notarized statement of value. They get two stars for the cover up and lousy roof maintenance.

After long hours of online searching, I came across with simply storage location in Peabody, and Im glad I did. Their office close at 6pm and Tim was kind enough to wait for us at the very last minute, and he went the extra mile, he showed us the storage area and answered all of our question without a hast or any sign of rushing us out. By the time we signed up it was almost 7pm, so far we had a very good experience and hopefully it will continue like that. I will recommend to friends.

First off Id like to start by saying Dana was super helpful and knowledgeable in her business here. Its my first time renting a storage unit, and couldnt be happier with simply self storage. Things were very simply and straight forward as they should be. Dana got me set up in a matter of no time, highly recommend this location. Not like other shady storage places in this area, property is always well kept and maintained as well, which is a big plus!

Rented space for over ten years. When my door broke it was fixed the same day. Dana and her husband were great facilities managers. Lit was kept clear of snow and ice and always was clean and tidy. Recommend to anybody needing a little extra space.
