I rented from here for 6 months and was happy with it until my rent increased to be 60% of what I was paying with the only warning being very fine print in an invoice. That kind of increase happened because they couldnt get renters in. Thats not my problem. After calling corporate as well as the manager to ask why it was so much and if it were possible to have it changed - they didnt do anything. 60% rent increase for a 5x10 because you cant get people in the door? Thats not my problem. Upon moving out due to the huge rent increase I called Extra Storage Space and asked them, if I leave something in the unit, what will I be charged? I was told by their customer service $50.00. I double checked with them that I would not be charged for rent the next month and they said I wouldnt. They charged me a were unwilling to negotiate. I moved to Public Storage and have had a much better experience. While the facility here is more updated, its just a storage space - its not worth the aggravation for bait and switch. GO somewhere else

My husband and I rented one of their units while doing some renovation work on our home. Very clean space and they always had plenty of carts on hand to help with the move. We emptied the unit on a Sunday when the office was closed, but there was a gentleman making rounds that saw us moving out and said he would "take care of it". Never in a million years did I think he was really going to take care of closing out our account for us, but sure enough, Tuesday morning there was a refund in our account for the partial month that we had used. Couldnt be happier.

This storage facility is everything you want when storing items you love, I highly recommend it! Its extremely clean, security is fantastic, you and your stuff feel safe here. The manager Selena and her staff (maria is awesome) go above and beyond their job description and are a pleasure to work with!! I stored my whole apartment here for 6 years and when I finally got my stuff out and home to Florida; I was amazed nothing was damaged from moisture, mice, mold, or moths. I couldnt be happier with my whole experience here! :-)

I have had an incredible experience using this Extra Space Storage location. The facility itself is always clean and you really get a large amount of space for the amount that you pay. The staff is what really sets this location apart from the other storage facilities I have used in the past. They are always friendly and go above and beyond to ensure that my needs as a customer are met. They are very nice and make you feel at home! I have recommended this location to others and will do so again in the future!!

I went there looking for options for a storage since I was moving and I needed to put some of my stuff away while I was at it, the lady that helped me that day was very professional, polite and really knew what she was talking about, her name is Maria and she showed me all the options available for me and walked me trough the whole process of getting my unit, she is all about customer service all the way!! Thank you Maria for making it easier for me! Best place in revere by far!

Im a client at the storage location in Everett and came to this revere location because I had a minor car accident in front of the storage. I walked in and the staff lady was talking to two guys about getting their phone numbers and then told them to give her a good Google review. The guy said hed do it and then she was like "no right now". Pay attention. A lot of these reviews are fake. Terrible service.

The staff really go out of their way to make you happy and help out, the building is always very clean and traffic controlled on crazy busy days...the mananger is there all hours willing to help out if needed...very safe building nice units friendly staff who could ask for more? I would recommend this storage to anyone who is looking for one you will not be disappointed.

I have used Extra Space Storage located on Revere Beach Pkwy in Revere, MA several times over the last couple years. Selena and Maria are phenomenal. They are pleasant and professional and the location is secure and safe. I would recommend there facility to anyone I know and will continue to use them in the future. Very clean and safe, with helpful and friendly service. Moved to winthrop from CT and needed someplace to store my stuff before moving into my apartment. Someone was always around when i needed assistance and i never had a problem accessing my unit and it was definitely a great value . and i would definitely recommend this storage unit to anyone looking for one.

I had such an amazing experience here at this location! I kept my items safely stored for 8 months and had no issues whatsoever. The staff was very accommodating to my specific needs, and I felt like a valued customer. I will definitely come back to this location when I purchase my home in the near future. Best experience I have ever had at a storage facility.

Professional staff. Always looking to help in any situation. Been doing business at this location since 2007. Recently the new store manager Selene, helped out a customer that was in rears. She was so understanding. Everyone seems to always leaves with a smile. The other person in office Vivian another wonderful person always looking to help.

I have my storage space here. For over 2 years of both of the staff Maria and Selene are very professional and courteous.They are very knowledgeable when it comes to getting my needs met. I even rented a parking space and look forward reserving another for my vehicle. Im satisfied and will continue to have my business at this location.

Selene and Maria provide amazing customer service. I used storage for about 4 months because I was waiting for my apartment to be ready. The property is always clean, you always find this girls in the building cleaning and making sure that the property looks good. I will decently recommend the Revere property to all my family and friends.
