Mary and Brewny! Whaoo what a Duet this two Human Soul have the best customers relation that I never will expect in this kind of business. They both care for what they were hired for. This CubeSmart Self Storage, " I called it my home" Is so clean and peacefully, that when I go there I wish I dont have to go! I can Relax for that moment is like go to visit my Lovely 86 Years old mother. All I care is Respect, Caring and Attention and that is exactly what I received. I dont know how best can I describe my relation with this two beautiful hard workers duo. Mary Thank you! Brewny Thank you! You two Rock*****! I have two different size units and they both clean and ready to move in. Thank you again my Family!

Went into Storage Pros today to look at a small storage unit. The staff was so friendly and welcoming that I was ready to sign the deal until we opened the door to our potential storage unit and found a cock roach. The woman showing us the unit then stomped on the roach and headed back inside to the main facility. I was appauled.

Moses Elias was extraordinary! I had a problem with my very cold lock and Moses new a way to gently unlock the lock that ice was inside of it. He was very friendly and professional. That is all I can ask for when dealing with people in business. He is a five star employee for sure!

I moved out of my unit on the 2nd of the month of August. Yet they still kept all my money i had paid right on time for August. The fees are obsurd here also and it is very dirty inside the units. Also, everything smelled horrible!!!
