Moving is very overwhelming with everything involved, including getting transportation and a storage facility. What a total pleasure it was to work with Extra Space Storage in Everett, Massachusetts. From the very first call with Sonya, everything was processed very professionally and with a friendly attitude. Using the free moving truck was a such a nice surprise, and I was only charged for the gas, and with the move less than 10 miles round trip, I was only charged $10 for everything, which help me tremendously with my budget. Also, the other employee was very helpful with questions I had, and with the return of the truck and my deposit. The facility itself was very clean, and all the dollies provided at the facility made storing my belongings into the unit move at a faster pace! I would recommend Extra Space Storage in Everett, Massachusetts, and I would rate that facility and their employees A++!

Sonia, the manager, phoned me the morning Extra Space sign-up form had said shed call. I said Id arrive between 4:00 and 5:00 pm; at 5:00 Sonia called me to make sure I was going to arrive soon because she wanted to ensure shed have time to show me around and do the paperwork before the office closed at 6:00pm. She was very pleasant and answered all my questions, making sure I understood how everything worked. The facilities themselves are as clean as youd expect an oldish building dedicated to storage might be. Its not a hotel, so its fine for my boxes; theyre not used to luxury anyway. The hours you can access the storage area are very convenient, 6:00am - 10:00pm, 7 days a week, and when I used them today there were 3 carts available, which is nice.

Ive had storage units at this location for over a year. The first one did not have the walls properly attached to the floor-- not secure or stable, barely enough to lock it. When I first got that unit the store manager (Victor) councilled me out of requesting to have it fixed. The really lousy thing he did though was earlier today when he went out of his way to use his security camera footage to help some lying woman implicate me in an insurance claim for scrapes on her car (which she parked next to mine in the narrow access to the rear loading dock). Thanks a lot, man. Not only do I have some liar, but you as her accomplice. Taking my business elsewhere before that next payment kicks in. Moveout notice -- sent!!

I have been shopping around for a short while now for a quality storage facility and I have finally found it. When I walked in Sonia instantly greeted me and I felt instantly welcomed. When I started really digging in and asking questions Brandon, he said he is the on-site manager, instantly offered a tour and his knowledge of the facility and assurance of safety was a very welcomed experience. He explained how he himself ensures the safety and security of the facility, which to me was great to hear and meet him in person. It really made me have a connection to the facility and gave me the feeling that he truly cares about his customers and our belongings. The facility was also very clean and well maintained.

Came here to rent a new storage unit around noon and met the manager, Mr. Victor Duclos, who was the most courteous and professional gentlemen Ive met. He was very friendly in showing us the unit we were going to rent and explained everything in full detail with the upmost patience. He answered all my questions and concerns. At no point was he pushy about extras like insurance and supplies; explaining what each option was and letting me decide if it was beneficial for my needs. I was very happy to rent a unit from him and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for an extra space for their stuff.

Ive been storing my personal belongings in this particular facility for over two years and cant say enough about how important the security of my things is to me, but most importantly customer service; in particular when it comes to addressing what ever issues might arise and so far Sonia (Extra Space Rep.) has gone above and beyond in meeting all of my expectations including always greeting me with a smile to help me feel at home and that my personal things are in good hands. Also, the facility is always clean, free of dust, and temperature controlled. Thank you Sonia!

Wow!!! They were so accommodating! I realized at the last minute that I needed a storage unit. I was driving from Chicago and had one evening to unload my moving truck into a storage unit. Unfortunately, I hit traffic and wasnt going to make it to the leasing office before they closed. Victor met me after hours and got me all set up. He was so nice and accommodating. I cant recommend this place more. I also got a great deal!

Melinda was very helpful and very friendly. My girlfriend made a comment that she was thirsty so Melinda went out of her way to get her some water. I thought that was incredibly sweet of her. Melinda is very knowledgeable and answered every question i had with no hesitation at all! She was extremely energetic and excited to show us around the facility which made us enjoy our visit that much more. Thanks Melinda!

I had a great experience with this place when I needed somewhere affordable to keep my stuff after I moved in with my boyfriend. The staff were so friendly, there was even a few times I found myself there an extra 10 minutes laughing with Sonia. Everything seemed to be clean and secure. I would be happy to use them again in the future if Id need to. Highly recommended! Thank you!!!

I highly recommend this extra space. .. The facility is always clean, and the staff is very friendly and professional. The woman there named Sonia was very helpful with me and my boyfriends move. She was patient with all of my questions and showed us to our unit. Thanks again! This was the least stressful move in that Ive experienced so far!

The manager, Brandon, was EXTREMELY helpful and accomodating. To staying late to ensure I could sign my paperwork in time to scrambling to get me additional units when not everything fit into my initial one, he was great. Not to mention that the facility itself feels very secure. I am confident that my items will be safe for the next year.

Extra Space Storage on 2nd Street in Everett is an excellent choice for a storage facility. I have been their customer since May and I havent had any problems with the storage facility or the staff. The hours are VERY convenient and its a very clean facility!! Choose EXTRA SPACE STORAGE at 2nd Street in EVERETT...Awesome Service!!

Great service! I am a student, and needed a place to put my stuff over the summer. This location had the absolute lowest rates, and the manager was super helpful. The only negative, is that it is tucked away in a slightly sketchy part of town. The location is safe, but it is a chore to get there.

A very good place for storage. Its even open on Labor Day! Their service is efficient. The place is clean. The assistant manager Tanya is really helpful, professional, and interesting. She is energetic and and arranges everything quickly. You can bring your own lock so that you won`t need to buy one.
