I was very clear about my scope of work and what I needed done with their sales office. Packing and moving everything, how many pieces of furniture, closets etc. At no point did the office mention that boxes would be an added cost and the paperwork the guys had did not include packing... that was stated multiple times on the phone. This resulted in the estimate vs actual to be $150 more than what was provided. When I give a line by line item of the items and scope of work I expect it to be close. The move team was great and worked around the office screw-up. If itll cost $650 just tell me. Dont quote me $500, not include the box cost and screw me (and your moving guys over) on the move day. If I wasnt pressed for time I could have told them no and stopped payment on my CC due to incorrect billing. The movers themselves are great. Just expect to pay a lot more than the low ball quote that may or may not consider what you told them on the phone. *Edited after sending out their survey and getting a call back* I was called and the office noted that they did not document the quote on their end properly. They honored the original estimate and apologized for the mistake. Im changing the rating from a 2 to a 5 because of this. Everyone makes mistakes and Im glad they took the time to check and correct theirs. Id totally use them again now.

This company helped with the move of some living room, kitchen and bedroom furniture to new location. They took great care not to damage walls, doorways and my things, when taking on and off the truck.The three young men that came out were friendly,courteous and took great care with my belongings. The office staff was very informative! Sent a checklist of important facts and to do lists. Thanks to ALL involved!! I will be seeing you soon, as NOW, I have to pack up the rest of it all and need your expert help.

Good communication about the move, The movers were polite,respectful, and careful during the move and did a great job of asking if they could move objects in the way before they moved them. Also did an excellent job of covering materials with padding that were breakable and secured them tightly in the truck. Nothing was damaged and they were fast and efficient. Two men and a truck Brownstown is the place to go.

Two Men and a Truck saved the day for my parents and me. After a disaster with Royal Moving in Wyandotte who were abusive with my elderly parents Mary saved the day! She got them scheduled the next day. They did a fantastic job, the crew was wonderful. They took great care with their things and were very kind. Their price was more than fair. I HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks to all of you!!!!

Way too expensive and that inventory of your belongings its a sales tactic to get you to trust them then when they feel like they have you on the hook they require a fairly large deposit that is non refundable. They are overpriced Ill be continuing to do business with Royal in Wyandotte way more professional and not outrageous on pricing...170 an hour on weekends is robbery.

Without question the best moving company I have ever had. The two guys were simply the best ever. The were fast, efficient and did everything we asked of them. I have moved several times in my lifetime and would recommed them to all of my friends and family. They were on point and certainly didnt waste our time and money.

An estimate of $280 for a move of 2 pieces of furniture in brownstown for a 1 mile move. Yes. All I need is a leather couch and a short entertainment center moved 1 mile apart in the same town the company is located. Will deal movers gave me an estimate of $170.

Every aspect of our move went very well. We had to orchestrate this move long distance, and Dana was very helpful in doing that. Also, the driver and assistant that executed the move were timely, hard working and courteous.

Great customer service. Dustin Cruz and Kyle Thomas were efficient yet very careful with my belongings and the houses. Very courteous. Definitely worth the price!
