Stop. Call Wayne. Book A Complete Moving now. Pros: fast, professional, personable, excellent pricing, easy to communicate with, totally transparent about time estimates and insurance and cost, careful and conscientious, great attitude, expertise in protecting your stuff and loading well, great advice on whether or not certain furniture pieces need to be disassembled, super strong--they moved our dressers full without having to empty or remove the drawers. They will take care of you. Cons: none Tips: they will arrive on time or early; be ready. No credit cards--cash, check, cashiers check. Get extra cash--you will want to tip them crazy well when they make your stressful move so awesome you cant even believe it. Im long overdue in writing a review. Yesterday was the fourth time in a year Ive hired A Complete Moving and each time they have been great. After two friends recommended them, we included them in our search for move one. Their immediate response and great pricing, plus the endorsement from friends, made them a quick choice. Move one: 850 sq ft Condo to 650 sq ft apartment (1.5 miles) went so quickly and smoothly that I was caught unprepared and they patiently waited while I packed a few last boxes. These guys know what theyre doing. They worked fast and finished earlier than quoted. Three hours total, I think, plus travel time. When does that ever happen when moving? Zero damage. Move two (we warned them during the first move we would be moving again soon and they still took the call. LOL) was from third-floor apartment to three-story house. 1/4 mile. More of the same speed and expertise. We were ready this time. They gently persuaded us the bed needed to come apart this time, and when we couldnt get it apart they jumped in and got it done. No damage. Move three was at my Dads house, just moving stuff from room to room and out to the curb as part of a clean out/ downsizing. They moved big furniture through narrow doorways and hallways and up stairs like ballet dancers. Quick and efficient. Done early. (And they put up with my dads bad jokes the whole time.) No damage. Move four was a week later, unloading a tightly-packed 22 ft truck of my sisters stuff into multiple places in Dads house. The truck had been poorly packed by another company in another state and Wayne was able to identify potential problems with unpacking and minimize damage from the situation we were in. As usual, fast and precise. They put in extra effort to understand where to put everything according to labeling and color coding even though it wasnt organized that way in the truck. No damage caused by them. Probably saved us from a lot of potential damage others would have missed. So, yeah: these guys are your team. Tip them well.

This experience with this company was a complete DISASTER!!! First, not only was the white dude disrespectful from the beginning but he was very disrespectful throughout the whole thing! He got mad because my mother didnt need him for three hours. My mother only needed him for one! After they took the beds out the room and put them on the truck THEN they are going to tell my mom she had bed bugs! THEN say we are going to charge you 50 dollars to clean the truck due to bed bugs!! The ONLY reason this place even gets a star is because the second dude was very respectful and very nice. When I called the so called owner he started cussing at me and yelling at me! Even called myself and my family dirty thugs! Very unprofessional and I will NEVER recommend anyone doing any business with them at all!! They will rip you off and scam you. BLAH BLAH BLAH!!!! The furniture was sitting outside STUPID because she got all NEW furniture! She was moving! and if she did, WHICH she didnt after having someone inspect the things, she wouldnt have known!!! Yes I am going to call you cussing because you in fact were rude from the get go prior to anything! I have put all over FACEBOOK, TWITTER, IG and everywhere NOT to go to this place!!!! Racist ass people! Then, have the nerve to call my mothers apartment place, trying to get her kicked out! You are so unprofessional, it is unbelievable! YOUR WHOLE REVIEW WAS DUMB AF!!!! Yall should have HEARD WHAT HE WAS SAYING TO ME WHEN I CALLED. TRYING TO SOUND ALL PROFESSIONAL NOW ON A GOOGLE REVIEW! GTFOH!

I had used them before and loved them but yesterday was terrible. They said they would be here from 8-11, Showed up at 2:30. Called my mother to complain my wife wanted them to wear shoe covers. Then left 10min before my wife, but arrived 15 min after. Then said traffick. Was to blame and driving a truck is different. Which Im aware of since I have driven the same size truck. And had you have shown up on time their would have been no traffic. Mind you I moved over half my stuff waiting on them then they kcharged me over 470 i paid 340 last year and they moved less stuff this time a shorter distance. Then while unloading then man decided he need to stop every few minutes and constantly go on about the government and taking freedoms from him. And talking about his right to remain silent. Me and my friend wound up helping them unload the truck which we just had them unload in to the garage. Which he also threw stuff from the truck to inside my garage. I will never use or refer any one to them again after this experience. Thanks for making my mover worse it feels like i was rbbed

I called and spoke to Wayne who asked me questions about how much stuff I had and how many boxes I think Id use....He gave me an estimate that was less than what I thought, and we scheduled it! A week later, Wayne himself and is comrade Kaylan came to move my entire life to our new home. Not only were they right on time, but were super professional and did a once over of my place and things and made QUICK work of getting everything on the truck in under 2 hours! (and I have a lot of stuff). Wayne and Kaylan asked me what goes where...and even helped me figure out how to get a piece of furniture in my house when it wouldnt fit through the door. All in all, I had a great experience and I cant be more appreciative of the service I received as Ill be using them again and wont only recommend them, but DEMAND that all people use this company to move!! Thanks guys. You were truly awesome. Party on Wayne!

I feel the need to write a review after my experience with Dominic and Christian (I am sorry if I misspelled their names). First and foremost they were very nice and professional. They did not talk a lot but than again they had a job to do so I did not expect them too. I felt bad for them because I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment, so they had to walk three flights of stairs multiple times. Anyways, they were very fast and efficient. I was referred to them by my realtor and I could not be happier. I would definitely choose them again if the need arises or refer to them to anyone. I greatly appreciated their speed and professionalism. Loved the experience.

My experience with A Complete Moving company was great. The owner of the company contacted me and told me that they we still moving someone and it will take about 15-30 more minutes which was fine with me. About 30-35 mins later the owner called me again to let me know they were on the way which I really appreciated. When the guys got there they went straight to work moving my things. When we got to my other apartment they moved my things in no time. I was quoted a price between $205-$240 and it ended up being $240 just like he quoted. I thank Antonio and the other guy (sorry I dont know his name) for helping me move!
