DO NOT use these guys! Moving is stressful enough, but when your movers call at 8am to say they arent coming at the time they were supposed to arrive - it takes things to a whole new level. We are still experiencing the pains of this move. Our experience was a complete nightmare, and the way in which it was handled by Mike and Danny – completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I was assured when I booked that they were the right team for the job – everyone is vested in the company…then explain to me how a crew of 4 guys cannot show up for a move? And what kind of business calls the morning of your move to tell you this? I even spoke to them earlier in the week to confirm our crew of 4 would be there first thing. Mike offered no solution, was smug-and at times laughed and made light of the situation. Totally unprofessional - "yeah, we cant make it today so well come tomorrow" What?!! We needed to be out of our house that day – "tomorrow" was not a solution. There was no attempt to correct the situation by Mike. We received a call later in the morning from Danny who informed me they “might” be able to get a crew out by noon. Might is not very convincing where we come from. I told him to keep me posted and in the mean time we were making other arrangements and getting things done. He called a couple times after to say 1:00 then 2:00 and finally a team showed up at 2:00 (6 hours late with no promises of showing up at all) to help with the heavier items (Jason and his team was the only good thing about the company, polite and professional – they were tipped accordingly). But by this time, our friends had moved all of our boxes and half of our furniture—leaving us extremely grateful, but also in an extremely disorganized new home. So prior to them showing, we got to work. We rented a truck, called in friends, and hired a couple of our niece’s college buddies to help with the heavy lifting. This was all extra costs to us - $500 - but the complete and utter stress this company caused, the time it took away from us and about 12 of our friends and family, not to mention the additional time we’ll have sorting through and rearranging things, being that more than 75% of our move was done by people who aren’t professional movers – is what I take a huge issue with. What I take an even bigger issue with, is that Danny argued with my husband over payment. No apologies. No accountability. They made two trips when they really only needed to make one at this point. Which was more time and money, but was clear that the main reason was to go back for 2 big ticket items and hold them on the truck until we paid them. Stay away from these guys - theyll sell you on sending a bigger crew than 2 Men and a Truck or Leaders, and then send no crew at all.

Yesterday was BY far the worst moving experience I have ever had and I strongly urge you to not use this company. My husband and I called a number of moving companies in the area and selected All My Sons due to their 99 dollar an hour price. We were looking for something cheap due to the fact that we were only moving about 5 minutes away. Aside from about 6-8 large pieces of furniture (2 beds, 2 dressers, 2 couches), we moved everything else ourselves in the back of our own truck. We were only coming from a small 2 bedroom apartment. We were told via phone we would be the second move of the day and to expect a 1-3 pm arrival. They didnt show up until almost 6 pm (and for some reason the guy made us sign a slip saying he arrived at 530??). The office kept calling us throughout the day saying the time would be pushed. Im 6 months pregnant and not getting started until 6 pm was very rough. The mover himself called to give us a 30 minute courtesy call and he didnt show up for an hour so we sat in our basically empty apartment and waited. When the guys arrived they told us we were their 5th move of the day? Not sure if that was a lie because management said differently. Ive never seen 2 people move so slow - they kept commenting on how exhausted they were! Literally ended up costing us about 100 dollars an item to move - absolute insanity!

All My Sons Moving and Storage were very helpful from day one. The office staff were very courtious and explained to me what I could expect and how much I would spend on moving. They responded to my online qoute almost instantly, unlike many of other moving companies. Moving day was a breeze. They were right on time and fast. When I say fast I mean extremly fast. I live in a one bedroom apartment but have enough stuff to fill a 17 moving truck. The move took 2 hours! When it was time to pay there were no suprises. They explain to me multiple times on what I would be charged for. Overall great experience.

This was a terrible experience for us. We have hired many movers before and they were slow and expensive. The manager on the move kept telling us ALL day they only made 8 dollars an hour and that he needed tips to live on. We paid 1700 for about 7 hours. They also ate lunch on our time.500 more than the estimate and 200 more than my in my head they will charge us more estimate. The only bonus were the other 2 young men that were not the manager were sweet, polite, and worked hard. I can tell you they are rotten because I have never had movers not ask for a review and they never contacted us! Beware

Please avoid them in all circumstances. I had a horrible nightmare experience with AllMySons for our move from Sawmill Road to Lewis Center. To begin with they didnt showed up on the day of scheduled move, 20th Dec 2014. It was a worst experience on all counts.. delay, cost and communication. They are not cheap either initially they quoted 2 hours for moving 2 bedroom apartment and later ended up using 5 hours. Submitted my feedback twice (Customer id - 3564295, Dec 29 & Jan 11) but no one cared to acknowledge.

I didnt have a whole house to move. I only had some cabinets that I needed to get home. All My Sons took exquisite care of my cabinets and got them to my home and unloaded them safely. We only had trouble bringing in one cabinet and with their great suggestions we figured out what we needed to do to get it inside. Even if you dont have a whole house to move, All My Sons will take care of what needs to be done with care.

Worst customer experience ever in my life. They had committed over the phone to move on a certain date but then they started asking more money on the day of the move. I am a 60 year old and then dont even have decency to apologize for their mistake but instead just rudely keep down the phone saying that they would not like to provide their services to me. Never ever fall for this company. They are big time scammers.

Dallas and Christopher were the crew men who worked on our move, and they were EXTREMELY efficient, funny and friendly. I think they took longer on the initial paperwork and discussing what they were moving for us then they spent loading everything onto the truck! They were careful with all of my stuff, and best of all the price we were told was what we paid. We will definitely be using them again!
