DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I was told to "sit back, relax, and they will take care of everything" but it was nothing but a nightmare. We used this company moving from Chapel Hill, NC to Columbus, OH 4 years ago and had a great experience, which is why we used them again. But the company based in Hilliard, OH is terrible. Everything the man that did our house walk-through, inventory, and estimate told me was a lie. He told me that they would arrive "first thing in the morning", send a "senior crew" because we were moving across state lines, disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed, bring wardrobe boxes for our professional clothes, finish in 1 day but maybe 2 at the most, and pack and UNPACK, and he told me that was all reflected in my estimate, but none of that was true. We ended up having to help them pack until 10:30pm on day 1 (we even ended up packing 4 rooms ourselves) and they did NO unpacking on day 2. They were unprepared and inexperienced. They didnt bring enough boxes (wardrobe boxes or book boxes - which were both listed on our inventory), and one of the movers didnt even know we were moving to another state. He thought it was a local move. They didnt know how to disassemble or reassemble any furniture (not even a simple mattress frame), so we had to do it for them. They arrived at our new house 3 hours earlier than they said they would and did not call to tell us they were leaving earlier. One of the managers (not one of the movers) had called me to tell me they left at 8:30am when in fact they left at 7:00am. I called the manager to explain all of the issues we were experiencing and he was inconsiderate and condescending. I am giving them 1 star because I am not able to give them 0.

The worst experience in my life! If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone was very polite and nice trying to get our business and then It all went down hill. To make a really long story short: 1. To start the day the crew didnt bring any tools...but they didnt have a problem taking them from another vendor at our home (he got them back) to disassemble our items. The only good thing was the crew QUICKLY packed the truck and then 2. The truck broke down. Once they got the truck up and running it was 5 miles from our new destination and 3. The truck broke down again. 4. Arrive at new home with 0 tools again and cant put anything back together...we offer them our tools and water 5. Mike tries to charge us for time van was broken down (twice) 6. Mike has an argument over the phone with a crew member who then goes out side to scream and swear at Mike over the phone for all the issues happening (nothing like meeting your new neighbors after that scene) 7. After multiple conversations got bill slightly lowered 8. Crew takes our personal tools when they leave 9. Find two broken items 10. Call back to Mike and doesnt care that we had bad service and doesnt care if we give a bad review to BBB and doesnt think we were over charged 11. Had to help unload and reassemble items 12. Talk to Danny who apologized & stated would refund $250 for our terrible service 13. Takes a month of calling to try and get refund 14. Customer care leaves a voicemail that $126 will be refunded because they over charged us 15. Still havent received $250 for terrible service and stolen tools SUCH A SCAM THEY OVER CHARGE AND TAKE YOUR BELONGINGS!

Dublin Location: Yesterday was BY far the worst moving experience I have ever had and I strongly urge you to not use this company. My husband and I called a number of moving companies in the area and selected All My Sons due to their 99 dollar an hour price. We were looking for something cheap due to the fact that we were only moving about 5 minutes away. Aside from about 6 large pieces of furniture (2 beds, 2 dressers, 2 couches), we moved everything else ourselves in the back of our own truck. We were only coming from a small 2 bedroom apartment. We were told via phone we would be the second move of the day with a time slot of between 1-3. They didnt show up until almost 6 pm (and for some reason the guy made us sign a slip saying he arrived at 530??). The office kept calling us throughout the day saying the time would be pushed. Im 6 months pregnant and not getting started until 6 pm was very rough. The mover himself called to give us a 30 minute courtesy call and he didnt show up for an hour so we sat in our basically empty apartment and waited. When the guys arrived they told us we were their 5th move of the day? Not sure if that was a lie because management said differently. Ive never seen 2 people move so slow - they kept commenting on how exhausted they were. Im 6 months pregnant and if I wasnt I would have jumped on the truck - thats how bad it was. Painfully slow. They finally sped up when I said Id give them a bigger tip if they could finish ASAP and that id been moving since 7 am. It cost us 600 dollars to move. That literally equates to almost 100 dollars an item. Crazy!!

Very mixed about them. I had a good experience with my move initially until I realized that two items of mine went missing. I called them and left a complaint and they said they would call me back with any information they hear from their operations office. They never did. After a week, I called back again and they seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. After they patched me through directly to the operations office, they actually said they had one of the items that went missing and were waiting for my call because they didnt know who it belonged to. I was thrilled, but also disappointed since they had no idea what happened to the other item. I still dont really understand how my one item ended up there in the first place and not at my house since that what I hired them to do. Anyways, I drove to the operations office to pick up the item but was saddened to see it was damaged. They gave me a number to file a claim about the damaged item and missing item. After calling the number, the receptionist was very apologetic and said she would send me a claim form immediately. Its been a week now and I still havent received the form in the mail. Its such a hassle and Im very annoyed.

I wish I had he forethought to read these reviews before scheduling. If punctuality, sticking to a schedule and professionalism are traits you admire; this is not the moving company for you. One star is too generous. We scheduled a month in advance to have the movers arrive @ 10am . An hour prior I received a call stating theyd be late. Due to the fact they worked late. How that effects a 10am arrival time is beyond me. Five hours later they movers arrive the first thing they ask is to go to the bathroom. What?! You couldnt have stopped while enroute. Your already five hours late; why rush. I called the office and spoke to Danny asking simply how do you plan to compensate for wasting our time? You would have thought I asked him to donate bone marrow. He had the audacity to say I was unprofessional. Mind you his employees are five hour hours late and furthermore did not complete the move. During the five hour wait I moved things myself into the garage all that needed to be done was to put 3 mattresses in the house. To tall of an order for All My Sons. Please save yourself the aggregation and steer clear from this company.
