Never showed up, texted or called totally unprofessional! I get a call almost an hour after my two hour window (after I called three times to inquire where they were). So, almot an hour after my wndow closes I get an acknowldgment call and an excuse that they tried to call me eariy in the morning to come out. If I scheduled a 2-4 window clearly that is the time I am available. In addition, no voice messages were left and no text sent. They did not even call or text me during my schduled window that I arranged more than a week ago. The truth is likely my job was too small and they wanted to make more money so I got pushed out. They did not even try to reschedule for later tonight or tomorrow just the atitude of Oh Well after I waited all day.

The people that I dealt with were professional, prompt, courteous and efficient. They demonstrated great communication skills, ensuring that my schedule was being taken seriously. While I had some difficulty envisioning how much of our "stuff" would fit into their trucks and what constituted a half verus a full load, the prices were quite reasonable. I really appreciate the fact that they dont just throw things away. They recycle, repurpose and donate when appropriate. The "Hunks" were well groomed, friendly, thorough and most helpful. Truly, they were a pleasure to deal with! This was our businesss second time using their services and Id recommend them without hesitation for home or business projects.

This was my first time using the College Hunks Hauling service, but it probably wont be my last. Everything about the service was great. I made an appointment online in just a couple of minutes, got a confirmation back quickly, spoke to someone several days before my appointment, and got calls both the day before the appointment and day of to confirm arrival time. The on-site estimate was very fair and the hauling service was done in less than 1 hour - they even swept up after it was done. The gentlemen doing the work were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you have been putting of a cleanup or moving project.

We have known for awhile it was time to clear out the basement of boxes that had been there for at least a decade untouched. However, it always seemed like a daunting task. We were thrilled to find CHHJ. It meant we could donate some larger items and clear out the junk we no longer used--all in one trip. And, not have to kill our backs. The two "hunks" that arrived were polite and even swept up after they removed our items from both the basement and the garage. Although we took a good portion of their truck, they were done in a little over an hour. I highly recommend using CHHJ and we will definitely again in the future.

They met at my house with a truck and they hauled away all my junk. The junk took less space than the quote so they were honest and knocked off some money. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is because the guy I talked to on the phone told me there were zero additional charges but when they got there of course there was an additional $50 charge for weight because I had a lot of tile. I mean the price is fair but its little inconsistencies like that between support and field staff that hurt companies. Overall a great experience. I would for sure use them again.

I have been using College Hunk Hauling Junk for a year to remove bulk items that residents have left The Residences at Breckenridge in Hilliard OH. They are extremely reliable and I save a lot of money using this company. I was unexpectedly working on a Saturday and called them for a Monday pick up and they came out over the weekend so we would look great on Monday - I was so appreciative. Curb appeal is everything - and they play a huge part in helping me keep the property looking great!

WOW! I must say I was so impressed after using College Hunks to dispose of some old office furniture. The name of the business may give you the wrong idea. While the boys were attractive college students, they all took their job very seriously and displayed the utmost professionalism throughout the entire service. It is obvious that this company makes customer service their number one priority. I highly recommend using this service for any of your junk hauling needs.

The young men were efficient and responsive to my needs. I liked the variety of services. They hauled things away, moved furniture, carried items to my garage, got out the lawn furniture, and even did some vacuuming. (I have a bad back and couldnt clean up the dusty spots left after items were removed.) They did all of this with the greatest courtesy. I will definitely be calling for their services again.

Its pretty easy to determine whether or not the service practices are ethical or shady. The two men who provided the on-site service represented this company very well. The people at CHHJ were very helpful in removing our old fence that we had torn out. Originally we planned on removing the junk using Bagsters and it was going to cost us a fortune with all of the stuff we had to get rid of. The two young men who arrived were cheerful, courteous, professional -- and HUGE! They picked up an old Sony TV that must have weighed 200 lbs. at least and carefully carried it downstairs and out the door. I was astonished and pleased to get rid of such a hulk. I recently hired CHHJ to remove a hot tub and they did a fantastic job - from the scheduling phone call, to the efficiency in which they removed it and cleaned up all of the debris, to the follow-up e-mail after the job was completed. They were very professional and great all around customer service.
