First off, Integrity first moving pays you $25 for each 5 star review you write on various internet review sites (google, yelp, angie’s list, ect…) after you move. Keep that in mind when you read the various 5 star reviews. I had booked Integrity First Movers (IFM) about 1 month before our move; we had received a promotional e-mail with 40% off their normal rates. I received a quote for moving a 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment to a 3 bed, 2.5 bath house about 30mins apart, the quote was $374 for 2 men, and 3.5 hours of work. Leading up to the move, things seemed great. They were flexible when we said we might move a week earlier (but ended up not having too). About a week before the move, they called to confirm all the information and said everything was all set. One day before the move, I receive a voice mail to call them back immediately. After calling back, IFM stated that they were going on strike on Saturday, 11/5 and would be unable to move us that day. But if we could move Friday, 11/4, they could get a crew over to move us. We weren’t completely packed yet, but IM was ok with this, and we would finish packing as they moved the big stuff. Because of this inconvenience of moving early, they would knock $100 off. I was OK with the whole situation so far, and thought this might work out better, giving us the whole weekend to unpack. As I arrived home early from work, the truck was there. The movers (Zack was the team leader, both movers were great) stated that they had to switch trucks from a larger one to a smaller one because of a transmission issue. After checking out the entire house, they stated it would take 2 trips to fully move. I said that’s fine, as long as we don’t pay for it, as this isn’t our fault. After speaking with management, they stated that they could waive the fuel charge for the 2nd trip, but not the time to move. This would have increased the price to $800-$900. Again, our actual movers were great, and did the best they could to pack the small truck fully. I am also great full that IFM was able to move us on Friday instead of just canceling with us. My bad experience is due more to the management not working with us considering none of the problems were our fault. The estimate they gave us was also under by about $100

I hired this company to move our family on 7/19/12. We were estimated it would take 4 hours and cost $412.16. Right off the bat they were almost 3 hours late getting to our house. One of the movers was very kind and professional, while the other, Jay, took long cell phone/ smoke breaks (in the truck with our belongings)! He openly complained about the other mover, yet he was SLOW. It took almost 3 hours for them to load the truck...way too long. We had already moved our "smalls", so all they had was furniture and some boxes. Finally it was time to go to the new house and I led them in my car. They wanted to stop at Speedway for a Gatorade...on the clock...fine. At Speedway, I was told that the total was going to be well over $700. I was very upset and felt cornered. We got to our new house where I told my husband the issue. He went out to question the movers. Jay was the only one talking (the slow one), and he explained that we had to pay cash or they would take our stuff. We needed our stuff...I have 3 kids who needed a bed. We finally said that we would pay them, but with credit card (so we could dispute later). After going back and forth, the movers got in their truck to drive away. We called the police, who thank goodness showed up instantly, and stopped them at the end of our street. Suddenly, Jay is being handcuffed! He has a weapons warrant out for his arrest! Now I feel the company put my family in danger. Come to find out that Jay was paid under the table, and the only way that he would get paid that day for the job was if he collected cash from us! What a scam...when in doubt never pay cash! They did send another mover to come help unload. Nick and Ethan were both very pleasant and worked hard. They even took an hour off of our time. I understand an estimate is an estimate, but to double an estimate...ridiculous! Put my family in possible danger...unacceptable! Please AVOID this company...it is a scam and very unprofessional! Oh, and they will not call me back, go figure!

I first used Integrity First Moving on May 31, 2012. When I contacted the company, I hadn’t any experience in using a moving company but the moving specialist, Kevin White, was extremely courteous and professional. He took the time to answer any questions I had about the move and assured me that he would be available whenever I needed to speak with him. On the day of the move two movers arrived before the scheduled time. Upon arrival, they conducted a walk through to get the full picture of what was to be moved. They were courteous enough to remove the wall mounted television from the walls and professional packed my 55 inch television , which the other movers said that they would not move because of the liability issues if something had happened to the television….but not Integirty First !! All of my belongings were tucked away neatly and off they went ! There were two stops with the move, one on the third floor and the last move, on the second floor. Let me tell you: I HAVE NEVER SEEN TWO GUYS IN MY WHOLE LIFE WORK SO EFFICIENTLY ! It was unbelievable on how quick they got me settled in. I was worried that they would “lollie gag” around an take up extra time for extra pay, but that was hardly the case. These two guys (I’m sorry I didn’t get their names) got me and my daughter settled in so quick, she wanted to give them a TIP !! No Joke. I would highly recommend Integrity First Moving, if you ever plan on moving. Integrity is the correct name because they take pride in their work an truly care about their customers. This is one company that stand behind their word. Thank you Kevin White and Mike Federici…YOU GUYS WERE FABULOUS !

Let me start off by saying" I dont have the problem w the two guys that moved me persee ita the company...Why do they say"Integrity" when they have none...I recived a quote for 264.00 which inc 1.5 move fuel mileage etc. even tho they are advertising 59.00 per hr. but I was told since I am moving on sat I wouldnt get that quote...ok so movers load the truck...we get to storage to unload and its time for me to sign so they can unload and they say"384.00 wth and mind u i was suppose to get a military discount...needless to say I was utterly shocked for this is not what we agreed upon and worst yet, I honestly did not have the money....had just started a new job so 264.58 to be exact is all I honestly had in my acct. so they did not unload the truck and left with all my belongings on their truck....I dont even know where to....Kevin was Nasty about it...please dont Ever Use them....I now own nothing all because they lied and misrespresented themselves...was told i would recieve a call in an hr....it is now almost two hrs later no call and of course you cannot reach them either....I know Ive misspelled some words and I apologize I am typing this as I cry....I had a two bedrm apt which was fully furnished except ssec room so u can only imagine what I mean when I say "I lost everything and I dont even know where they took my stuff" STAY FAR AWAY CHEAP ISNT ALWAYS GOOD NOR IS IT ALWAYS CHEAP....BEWARE OF KEVIN WHITE OH AND THEY USE ANOTHER NAME TO...INTERGRITY MOVING LLC OWNED BY MIKE F.!!!
