I hired this company because of the accolades the founder and corporation received on helping survivors of domestic violence. I help survivors of throughout the community through advocacy and services. I did not question nor research this company based on this theory of the founder; unfortunately, this move has been a total disaster from the start. Through miscommunication, the move date was not scheduled accordingly and they said it was my fault. Originally, As I was speaking to the gentlemen on scheduling a date, he said that Friday before the memorial weekend was busy, I live down town and being charged by the hour was not in my budget, so I changed the date after the holiday. I received an email the week of the move saying it was Friday, I frantically called, according to Two men and a Truck, it was my fault because the originally email sent had a Fridays date. I frantically scheduled the day I originally scheduled but the time was taken. They pushed me to evening, evenings downtown is horrible. This has placed a huge stresser in my life because I had to rearrange all the plans I had and had to push everything out. Then I called on moving day because I did not recieve a call confirming the move. I spoke to a gentlemen and he comfirmed and with all the mixup, I asked about the quote. I wanted no problems while the mover where in the process of moving. This opened a whole new list of problems. There was a miscommunication on the quote and even looking at the invoice is misleading. The way the formula is written, in my opinion is so misleading. With helping women and children through out the community is costly, I have donated not only a lot of my personal time but a lot of money to help them in Columbus. I spoke with a supervisor and I have never been to the point where I was so upset, I was hot to the touch and I raised my vioce. Worst of all, the company and staff showed no care or remorse of the problems I had to deal with. In my opinion, they are scripted in what to say, no emotions and poor customer service. Everthing was my fault, only time they called me was to make the sale, after the sale was made, the only contact they provided was through email. Each person I spoke to had the same scripted, "I cant help you with that, all I can help you with is". I ended up calling a friend and his employess are on their way to move me. I have less then 24 hours to vacate the property. If one more person every asked me to contact Two Men and A Truck about helping the women I serve...mmm. I will diffidently look at other movers in the future.

I first moved with Two Men and a Truck back in the 80s when my dad scheduled them and paid for it when I was newly divorced. They gave excellent service that day by treating each piece of furniture as if it were their own. The workers were polite and very careful to listen and comply with my requests. I was so impressed at the time that I decided never to use anyone else but them whenever I might have to make a move. I have since used them four times over the years, including 11 months ago (Jan 30, 2014) when "Rob" was heading up the move, and the service again was outstanding. Sterling service with polite and attentive workers--you just cant ask for more. Their customer service is the best anywhere, and nothing is ever scratched, dented, or broken. Two Men and a Truck is absolutely the best moving company that anyone could ask for. If you use anyone else, then you dont mind risking your antiques and other worldly goods that youve worked so hard to accumulate. Dont take the chance--use Two Men and a Truck--they take the risk and worry out of it. Youll see as they work very hard, very quiet, and very efficiently to give you the very best move possible. They are the most professional and very best in the moving industry.

Terrible, wouldnt take my calls or return my messages when I wanted to talk to someone about the damage they did. They damaged the walls and didnt even tell us, they spilled water from the laundry hose all over the carpet. I had two men and a truck unpack it in a different location and they told me the guys didnt know what they were doing. Heavy boxes on top of light boxes equals crushed boxes and damaged goods, every lamp we had was broken, are furniture had deep gashes in it. My mattress was filthy and the pads I paid extra for were not used to protect my stuff. Things were not wrapped right in plastic. They disappeared inside for a break. Alex lied and said they got paid by the job, well the movers said theyre paid by the hour. The receptionist Alex wont even call back and I cant find a national number. Cowards and incompetence are words that come to mind when dealing with these people. Flat out disgusted, do you have to file a lawsuit to get a response?

I have hired Two Men and a Truck for the last four moves I’ve made in the past six years. They are my go-to moving company because of many factors. They assist with your pre-move by offering great tips on packing your own boxes but also offer full packing and unpacking services if you rather they do the work. Two Men and a Truck’s team of movers have been well trained and give consistently high level of service. Prior to moving any furniture, they take the time to prepare your house by protecting the floors, door frames and banisters, and exercise great caution when moving items around tight corners so as not to scratch or mar the walls. They are professional in all respects—very friendly, clean appearance and hard working. I can’t think of a better moving company than Two Men and a Truck.

We have always had a great experience with Two Men and A Truck. This is the second time we have moved with them and I wouldnt use anyone else. The guys take such care with your things Im never concerned things will be damaged in transit and the employees they send are always professional. The one thing that almost earned them a four star (instead of a five star) review was that this time, our move was scheduled from 2p-4p and the truck didnt show up until a quarter after 4p. What earned that extra star back however was the fact that Chris, our move coordinator, called to let us know they were running late and when the truck did finally show up they had sent three gentlemen instead of the usual two to help make up some time. They moved our entire apartment in under an hour! Great company.

"To say that Two Men services are excellent is an understatement. This is the 3rd time I have used them and they are always polite, respectful, efficient, and careful. Not one bump on the walls or furniture - nothing!!! Just amazing. They make the difficult process of moving just that much less stressful and I would use them in the future without hesitation. The best part is they are truly mindful of my cost and estimated correctly how long my move would take, as they really know their business. It is clear that the high corporate standards set by Two Men have been translated to the Westerville franchise. Most important however is to mention the fine work of Tevin and Sean, who TOTALLY exceeded my expectations - even for Two Men. They were great and I appreciated their professionalism."
