Best1 Plumbing ROCKS! I had called Best1 Plumbing on a Saturday and left a message. I had my phone off while I was at work on Monday but I received several follow up calls from Kevin. I got a call Tuesday morning from Brian and he got some info on the laundry tub kitchen drain back up. He told me he would come out any time I was available and even mentioned that my house insurance may cover if there is a broken pipe under the floor (as roto rooter told me Saturday). Kevin called me later that afternoon and came out immediately. Kevin and Dylan came when I was on the phone with the insurance agent but were very polite and interested at the discussion. Kevin was very knowledgeable. He wanted to try to snake the line again just to be sure before breaking up a floor. I had scheduled a few plumbers that day and one came just as another plumber came. Kevin and Dylan started walking toward there van and said they would wait till I was finished with the other plumber. I finished and Kevin and Dylan came back I apologized for the delay but they completely understood. Before they got started Kevin looked at the water tanks (there are 2 in the basement) to see if all the pipe was sealed correctly to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning. He found a loose pipe that he was able to seat to close the gap he found. When he checked the other tank there was a pipe going into the cemented wall that was completely off. I could not believe it. These guys took the time to look way behind other large pipes that the plain eye would not see. Kevin and Dylan of course fixed the pipe and recommended that I have them put some screws in the piping. Thats right there was no screws in any of my piping. I cannot tell you how shocked I was. They did the snake and the drain was opened. Kevin and Dylan were great and I cannot recommend them enough. They noticed everything and I am grateful to them for the extra time they took to do the BEST1 Plumbing job I have ever seen. I would want Kevin and Dylan to help my grandma if something happened to her plumbing. They were affordable too.

Called in today around 3:30 with an issue with my basement floor drain flooding. The person that answered was very courteous and informed me that he would be dispatching someone as soon as possible. By 4 Mike and his colleague whos name slipped my mind arrived and went right to work. They ended up snaking the line and by 4:30 they were done. They also cleaned up the area right before they left which I wasnt expecting. All in all great service, great price, and great employees will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Had a emergency backup at 8pm, called and they had a guy call me back within minutes telling how he can help with state of the art equipment , told me it would be about a hour before he could get to me, at 10pm I call the original number back and the gentleman said he would call his technician and call me back, never called so I sent a text NO show No call? 10:20 Tech calls said he would be here by 11pm. Sorry lost my business and recommendations. Very unprofessional for a company claiming to be 24hr service.

Our basement was flooding for no reason, we called Bryan at best 1 plumbing and while they didnt come out that nite they did come out the next day and were very professional and quick! I have used them for about 8 years and being a repeat customer our price is always fair. I really would recommend that if you want fair prices and great work give them a call ASAP. WE WOULDNT GO WITH ANYONE ELSE!!!! THE MEJIA FAMILY.

Very friendly and great guys. Had a big issue with main pipes in the house and they mad sue that they explained the problem and gave me a great price on fixing it. They made sure that they protected the carpet as I have a finished basement. They resolved my issue and they are very professional at their job. Decided to hire best plumbing after reading the reviews on this site and are glad to have found a great plumber who we can now call for any of our plumbing needs. Also, just wanted to note that I called three other plumbing places and got answering service. When I called Best, an actual plumber answered the phone and knew exactly what the heck I needed for plumbing. Great Service.

They were extremely polite over the phone and came out in under an hour ! Wow now that is fast service. They fixed the clog we had and were very professional. The cost was a little high in my opinion $180. I typically am used to close to $140 for this sort of issue but other then that great job. They even called as a courtesy after to see how my experience was.
