Our sump pump went out. I called 2 other places, both quoted almost $500-1000 and neither one could come out in less then a week. So I called American Plumbing Experts. He quoted $250, the price of the pump. He also came out the very next morning! He was so friendly, so nice. He explained why the pump went out and answered all my questions. He was in and out in 20 minutes and only charged $250, the price of the pump!! All the other plumbers wanted to charge a service fee plus hourly rate plus charge the time it takes to drive to our house & back. Outrageous. But American Plumbing Experts were fair and honest and incredibly reasonable. Fast, friendly, what a pleasant surprise!! The pump has a warranty, which was included in price. So happy with their service, I will call them every time from now on. Thank you American Plumbing Experts!!!

Huge emergency at the old apartment at 11 PM and sure enough the man himself, Fred (who I read about on another review) shows up and fixes it! Very spot-on guy, I will be calling again if I ever have a problem and would recommend this company (and Fred) to anyone. Thanks a lot man, you really saved the day!

What a wonderful man! Showed up on a Sunday to fix my garbage disposal after it broke during a party the night before- during Gross Isle festival nonetheless! Courteous, unbelieveably quick to show up, knowledgable and easy to talk to. If I ever have a problem again, Im calling Fred! Thanks again!

Excellent work and very professional. I came home from vacation to a flooded basement due to a broken sump pump and they came out at 10:30 to fix it. Fast and friendly service. I highly recommend them.
