What can I say, JW charged us for service call, parts & labor of $850.00 to hook up our dishwasher and install a new faucet and drains on our sink. I called him out on his charges after my wife told me what she paid. I advised him that we thought he was overcharging us, hoping for a new calculation that would reflect the correct charges in the ball park of $300 to $350, which after checking with other plumbers is the going rate. He said that the $850 is what a master plumber charges up here. We are from Clinton Township and moved up to Attica 2 weeks ago. He stated that included in the charge was an amount for going under the house to look at our well bladder. In addition, my wife had asked him to test our water and he agreed. When they were leaving she asked about the water test and was screamed at by him saying that "they had spent to much time at our house already" and he was not going to do it. He continued to argue for half an hour repeating that these were up north rates and that is the charge for up here. I had really hoped to find more caring and helpful people moving north to a smaller town. WOW, I could not be more disappointed.

Two guys came to my home while I was a work to fix some drain issues. My wife and her friend were the only ones here. They were very rude to her and unhelpful. They seemed as though they just wanted to leave the whole time and we were holding them up. When I arrived home they were packing up the truck and were uninterested in talking to me since they were already paid. They also charged her $250 dollars to snake the drain. When the average cost is actually closer to $100. I would never use this company again.

Called talked to Jeff, told him the problem. Was out in under an hour introduced himself and his partner Larry. Looked at the job told me what needed to be done and got right to work and was done quickly. Also advised me to contact a water damage restoration company because of water trapped in the wall. Was very satisfied.

We currently live in a house that is over 150 years old. Recently we had some issues in our basement. There was water leaking from one of the pipes so we called J.W. Bliss to fix the problem and they did just that. Not only did they fix the issue but they were very good at answering our questions and concerns.

Bliss, came and did professional work but overcharged compared to other estimated quotes . Work was quickly done and the price was quickly raised above competitive companys. I suggest you use only if absolutely necessary.. Would not offer on line coupon,look elsewhere if you have time.
