This company was recommended by a friend that lives nearby so I called them when my basement sump pump pit was overflowing into my basement. They came out quickly and I was suprised to find out that the service man that came out was actually the owner of the business. He figured out what was wrong and replaced the sump pump quickly and fixed a couple issues with my system that was causing the sump pump to over work. They gave me a quote for the work and stood by there price even though I think it took them longer then they expected. They even cleaned up after themselves which no one seems to do these days. He was very thorough and gave me valuable information on how to maintain my sewer system. I would highly recommend them. Thanks John B

I hired Dun Rite to fix a leaking hot water tank. They came out and charge 165.00 to fix the leak. Two days later it was leaking again. This time they recommended replacing the tank. So I asked would there be any credit for the repair that didnt work and I was told that it was all labor and couldnt be credited. I hired a professional because I count on his experience to advice me on what to do right the first time. In this case it didnt happen. So we purchased the tank from someone else.

Asked them to do a plumbing Inspection they agreed....4 days later I call him(terry) back and ask was it completed.He tells me he cant do it!!!!Unprofessional
