William is on-time, efficient, and super-clean, spreading drop-cloth on my floor both at the door and where he worked. His price was at least $200 below Mr. Rotors estimate. I called him to snake clay out of the line after the city & its contractor advised me to after a sewer line/tap replacement. He could show me on the camera that my line was indeed clean. In addition to the job I hired him to do, he showed me how to get the plug out of my bathroom sink and clean it out without extra charge! I was so impressed that I asked him to give me ballpark estimates for some future plumbing/remodeling I want to save to do. He readily did so, and showed me what to do myself in the meantime to prevent further leakage/damage. Excellent resource!

We are SO happy with Bill Trotter and crew! Bill Trotter came to the house, reviewed the problem with our sump pump drain, carefully and thoroughly explained what was wrong and how he proposed to fix it. He scheduled the day and time to do the work, called us that morning that he was on his way, worked several hours and did a superb job. He left the site totally clean, and most importantly - working! He not only fixed the sump pump drain, he also checked all the basement drains. We are extremely happy with his work and felt his price was fair. We highly recommend Drains Unlimited, and I have already recommended them to my sister. Honest & fair. Knows what hes doing.

I had Bill, his son Dustin and another young man replace the storm water trap in my basement concrete floor. I cant say enough good things about them and the job they did, not to mention the reasonable price! They did a great job, did more than they needed to do to complete the job, showed up when they said they would and cleaned up - you wouldnt have even known that anyone had worked in my basement at all. They bring their own tarps and covered everything, including my kitchen floor and stairway. Bill obviously takes pride in his work and the job he is hired to do. I highly recommend Drains Unlimited!

Ive used Bill a few times now. Hes very honest, professional, reliable and trustworthy. He leaves the job cleaner than when he arrived and everything in working order. I highly recommend him and will be calling him again to change out some pipes in my basement. My first experience was an emergency trip and he came and rescued my basement within an hour. Bill fixed my faucet that wasnt working due to a diverter in the faucet. Instead of buying a new diverter part($125) and replacing it he took the time to take it apart and REPAIR it. The repair cost was very reasonable and fair. I will definitely call this company again.
