Oxford had the blower motor I needed in stock, they had the 4 speed model which my furnance came with originally, the other places only carried the 3 speed model. I wanted to keep with original spec as much as I could and didnt have time to order one online as it is February and freezing outside. I stopped in to pick it up and found the customer service above average ...Chris was very friendly and helpful, took some extra time with me to explain how my furnace works. Would come again for parts however I did not try the in home service but Id be willing to give them a shot.

Called for Service around noon - said they would be here around 2 - got here 15 minutes early solved the problem and gone by 3:30 (had to call in for some special equipment so it took a bit longer). Reasonably priced, slightly higher than original quote, but turned out to be a bigger job then even I expected - still reasonable. Friendly and polite technicians. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Oxford Plumbing and Heating!

Fantastic service. I was in urgent need of a part to fix my furnace, and the man who helped me during my phone call offered to stay open 15 minutes past their closing time to give me time to get there. Once I arrived, he was patient, helpful, and took the time to guide me through the installation process. I would definitely recommend this place. Prices were also very reasonable.
