After getting ripped off from another big name company I was very sceptical the 1st time I used them, I called on a Saturday night standing in my flooded basement, the guy called and gave me his eta which was super cool and right away when he got there I could tell he wasnt there to rip me off! He was a young guy, much more knowledgeable than I anticipated. He went through our basement with a fine-tooth comb and explain to us the problem and where our clean out was and everything we needed to know in case it happened again. He even offered to come back out no charge because our pipes were collapse under the house and he was going to go down with a camera for us cause he didnt have it with him, he was very apologetic saying he should of had it in his truck. It was 3am so it was no biggie to me! Even being after hours I still paid less than I did with a normal drain cleaning from that big company. I have since moved and had the same problem this past Thanksgiving, the guy came out right after I called, another young guy, super nice and knowledgeable, our clog was over a hundred feet so he couldnt get it because our main access was cemented in for some reason, I handed him a check and he said there was no charge cause he couldnt get it. I was in shock! He advised me not to let anyone water jet it, the pipes will collapse cause they were very old and fragile, he referred another company but my husband called the wrong company, so of course the company he called wanted to water jet it right away! I just laughed and said no way! Im grateful they took the time to not only help me but gave me some knowledge to not get ripped off, Id be in a 10,000$ mess right now if he wouldnt of told me that. Ive recommended them to all my friends and family, several of them had to call over the holiday too and were incredibly happy with there service!

Weve used Burton and Sons in the past for small repairs to our furnace and A/C and have always been happy with the service. So when it came time to replace our furnace and A/C we had them quote us along with a few other local companies. Burtons price came in competitive with everyone else so due to our previous experience, we went with them, and we couldnt be happier. I know it seems simple, but EVERYONE that works there is nice. Through our experiences weve worked with Alan, Todd, Mitchell, Greg as technicians and Shelly, Kelsey, and Carol in the office. Every single person was professional and nice. Again, I know it seems simple, but it is such a nice feeling to trust a company to be in and around your house. In regards to the actual service, they arrived on time both days they needed to work. They worked quickly and cleaned up everything once completed. The price stayed exactly to what they quoted, and they are taking care of rebate paperwork through DTE for us like they said they would. I felt like full replacement of AC and furnace would have been a stressful and long process, Burton made it very easy on us. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent, FAST and knowledgable service!! I cant say enough positive things about this company. I was impressed from the start with the friendly conversation over the phone. I was able to have same day service on my furnace-- only about an hour after I called. That in itself is amazing because it was a Saturday. Their company is very professional and I liked all of the added features that they provide, such as a photo/info on the service provider that will come to your house. Joe J. was very friendly and knowledgeable. He offered several options for my furnace issue and the job was completed rather quickly. The price was affordable and I will definitely be using this company for any future work that I may need done on my furnace/central air. Thank you!! I have been doing business with Burton & Sons for nearly 4 years now. In 2013 we bought a 60 year old California Ranch. Our Inspector discovered the furnace was leaking CO. and needed replacement. The water heater was old and most of the plumbing shutoff valves were stuck in the open position. Todd Burtons sales person gave us a very fair estimate and the installs and repairs were expedited so the move-in could occur. I should mention the "sales person" was actually one of Burtons professional installers so he knew the equipment and repairs like the back of his hand. We have purchased their maintenance agreement every year since and never regretted the decision nor the price. The service people and office people are not only very professional; they are extremely nice! You cannot go wrong with Burton & Sons Plumbing and Climate Control. - George

Nothing but good things to say about Burton & Sons and their plumber who came out (Greg). We had the inflow pipe to our hot water heater spring a leak, and we found out about the leak yesterday. We called the emergency line, and Greg called us back very promptly to get more details. (Since it was the inflow pipe and not the HWH itself, he wouldnt need to get to a supply house, which were all closed yesterday. But, unlike RotoRooter, he was willing to find out those extra details, and do the job.) He was very prompt getting here, jumped right into fixing the problem, and cleaned up his work area very nicely. Awesome job fixing the pipe, especially on a holiday weekend. Ive gotta talk it over with my wife, but I think weve found our new plumber.

Called them to install a gas line and check out the blower motor per our house inspection. The first person who came installed the gas line and was very professional. The second guy came the next day to diagnose the furnace and blower motor. He brought a new blower motor with him assuming it needed replacing. He found there was nothing wrong with it but a few things were loose and rattling on the furnace. Tightened everything up and it very quiet now and runs smooth. Plus passed inspection. In the end they saved us $550.00 by not just replacing it as most companies would have done just so the can charge us. Both guys were great and very respectful. Thank you so much. I would definitely hire them again.

Used this company for over 25 years and would never consider calling any one else. Every team member and staff are outstanding and honest home town people. Every one has been to either one of my homes and was I completely satisfied! Joe talked me through a minor problem over the phone at 8:30 pm and came out once to replace water heater at 5:30pm. I have the maintenance contract and I am always first on the list. Alan is so meticulous and such a caring professional as well as Steven and Todd and etal.... Please have them help you. You wont regret it!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Why does stuff always happen on the weekend! When I ran water in the kitchen sink, water was leaking from the basement ceiling. I called Burton Saturday morning, was told if they could get to me, I would get a call back. I left messages at a few other companies. Burton called me back and I was on the books for same day!! Mitchell showed up, assessed the situation, and fixed the problem in a timely matter. He was thorough and professional. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend Burton and Sons!
