Called them out to take care of water heater that was leaking water. I called another company out that could not help and said he would have to wait till morning. I had Nick come out from Edwards and he said no problem our shop is right down the street we keep all sizes in stock for emergencys. I recognized the logo and could not put my finger on it for a minute and then realized this is the same company that fixed my sump pump at my home in Ann Arbor. Had no idea they had another office in Dearborn. This is the third time I have used their service but my first experience at this location since I moved to Dearborn. They did not even charge me extra for night service and were still 50 dollars cheaper then the company that was going to come back during normal business hours. Hot shower tomorrow morning here I come!!!!

A pipe connection into my water boiler furnace had rusted through, and it resulted in flooding throughout most of my apartment. Joe came out to access the damages and was extremely professional and willing to answer any and all questions that I had. He then came out a few days later to install a new furnace, along with the help of Scott T. Again, both of them were very professional, respectful of my place, and answered all questions I had. Joe had mentioned that he would have to come back to finish up some minor things. He came back out this past Sunday, worked around MY schedule, and finished up the job. I will definitely recommend EPH to anybody who asks, and tell them to specifically request Joe! Thank you!

I have had Edwards Plumbing and Heating come out for 2 different jobs since we moved into our new house this past summer. Both times, I have been taken back by the professionalism of the technicians as well as their friendly, helpful demeanor. They explained the scope of work clearly, worked very hard and stayed as long as they needed to make sure every last detail was as it should be. When each job was finished, I felt I was saying goodbye to a friend as the technicians headed home. The work they did was top of the line. The price is a little higher than I would like but they make up for it quite well. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing or heating job. Big thanks to Dave G. and Blake S.

After numerous times of flooding at my home, I knew it was time to Google a plumber. I found Edwards Plumbing and Heating and instantly gave them a call. Their customer service was great! Very polite and eager to find a solution to my problem! Within a couple of days I had an appointment (very impressive). They arrived at my home on time, with equipment and ready to work. The job was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. I couldnt have been more satisfied :) I would definitely use Edwards Plumbing and Heating again and I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

So I had Dylan ( not sure if I spelled that out right) on7/15/17 he was great. Had Home Depot install and deliver a range and a dishwasher. They (Home Depot) said they could not do the dishwasher due to the copper line shut off was in the basement. Dylan came here the same day and helped with the line and putting the dishwasher in. Great service and great company. Hopefully I wont have to call them again but if I need a plumber I will call them fingers crossed.

We had Edwards Plumbing fix some leaking copper in our kitchen ceiling. Discovered it to be leaking again from the same spot about a month later. We contacted Edwards to rectify and they said they would send someone out. When the guy got there he took one look and says with some attitude, "Its not leaking right now. Call me back when its actually leaking." Then he left out the door. I will not be using their services ever again. A waste of time and money.

The lack of professionalism at this establishment speaks for itself! You can never get ahold of the owner the company, and management takes forever to respond two issues. I had a plumbing job that took several months for them to finish properly on they never cleaned up after themselves! The plumber, Rob, was lazy and good for nothing. It has been six months since my initial estimate and the job is still not completed. Beware of this company at all costs

Dan McCune did an awesome job snaking out our main drain. We just returned from vacation to find ourselves in a potential disaster. Dan was sent out right away. He was very professional and as neat as he could be in the situation. He cleaned the area with some great cleanser and offered to help us move our furniture back in place. We would highly recommend him and Edwards Plumbing and Heating in a minute. Thank you so much!

I have used Edwards Plumbing and heating several times, and they have always been reliable. Very satisfied with their service, and will recommend them to family and friends. I have called very late at night, and they actually answer their phones. True 24/7 service. The only problem I have is that the price of Plumbing has gone up, but so has the cost of living. No issues here. Just glad I found a reliable company.

This is a SCAM company who tried to swindle my mother for fixing her clogged toilet. She called them out and they charged her $122 to plunge her toilet!!! And they didnt even fix it, she had to call them back out to fix it again! Instead of doing their job which they should have done the first time they tried to charge her another $95!! Absolutely ridicolous!

So greatful for Joe at Edwards Plumbing and Heating. Sunday morning my furnace stopped working. Joe was there within an hour and in 10 minutes had it back up and running. Could not have asked for better or quicker service and this all happened on the weekend!!!
