Great Company! Out of the many plumbers I called, they were one of the few that actually answered the phone instead of having you leave a message. Over the phone they were polite and courteous, and gave me an immediate quote based on what I told him the problem was (Food from the garbage disposal, stuck in the tree roots in the main line which are an issue with my house, needed to be snaked to the street line) The plumber, Kevin, was able to come to my house within just a couple of hours. Once here, he was polite and meticulous, taking the time to trouble shoot a few things before he snaked it. The issue was not where I thought it was and therefore he charged me LESS than originally quoted! He also discussed some less expensive preemptive things that we could do in the future to prevent the issues with the tree roots. Fast,considerate, affordable service....Will definitely be calling them again. - Carolyn

Called in at around 11:00 am & was told that Id receive a phone call when a plumber would be available. (Mind you, before this I had spoke to another plumbing company who was terribly rude over the phone..) within an hour, I received a call back and was told that a plumber was on his way. Ryan, was very professional and knowledgeable! He knew exactly what the problem was, why the problem came about in the first place.. and within an hour and a half - he fixed the problem. I went to this company because of the great reviews I stumbled upon, and Im so glad that I did! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends & family. This company will also be the first call on my list if I ever have another issue with drainage. The great service provided by Ryan was very much appreciated! Thank you A1 plumbing!

Worry customer service. Extremely rude when he didnt know how to fix our problem and hung up same as other reviewer. I Never review a company but when its this bad you have to warn others. To the owner..actually its not a phony review. Im no competitor I assure you. I am a local business owner who simply called and was very polite and asked about a specific issue and if your company could fix it. Whoever answered it said no we cant then I asked if he could suggest an alternative and he said"no but there are plenty of other companies available (in a rude tone) and hung up" Im not commenting on your services but very rude customer service. Have talked to multiple plumbers in the area and out of all of them these guys were the most organized and well put together. Ryan and Jason came to my house and have me a clear understanding of what I needed done. To break it down I already had a hold on my ceiling 3ftx3ft and they still checked everything to make sure they knew where the problem was. The next night Kevin (the owner) came to my house to check things out to break down what needed to be done. Courteous, friendly and from what I can tell honest. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs help with something they cant do themselves.

Had a clogged bathroom drain that was further down the pipe than the trap. Called A-1 on a Tuesday afternoon to schedule an appointment for Saturday. Spoke to Kevin and he wanted to come out the next morning. I could not do that so he worked with me to still come out the next day but in the evening. When he showed up he explained everything that needed to be done and also possible problems that may arise from snaking old pipes. Well, after about 15 minutes the drain was unclogged. Very professional and I would recommend A1 to anyone.

I was needing some plumbing work completed for a kitchen renovation and A1 was one of the companies that I had come out to bid on the work. Kevin and Steve were quick to answer the call and came out promptly to look at the work. They listened to what I wanted to do and then amongst themselves made a game plan based on my desires. Their execution far exceeded my expectation. Not only was their work clean, precise and detailed but their professionalism was top notch. Called A1 bargain because my kitchen is having some issues draining. Kevin from A1 Bargain came to my house and spent a good 15 - 20 minutes investigating my problem, giving me advise and explaining the issue. You can tell Kevin cares about his customers. He spent another good 20 minutes on the phone helping me resolve my problem. He knows what hes doing and hes great at what he does too. I will never call or recommend another plumber other than A1Bargain (Kevin). God bless you Kevin.

Kevin Gaber is the best contractor Ive ever hired. He has been friendly and so helpful as Ive dealt with plumbing problems, and always has given prompt and very affordable service. As Ive prepared my house for sale, Kevin has taken the time to recommend other contractors whom he knew to be reputable. My sister and I call him the Best Plumber in America -- and were not kidding. He will give you courteous treatment and excellent work at a decent price.

Dec 29th 2011. Wow!!! GREAT SERVICE!!! Job took more then twice as long and (parts included) only charged $25 more. Kevin was very polite and considerate throughout the job while in my home. Only fixed what was necessary and provided additional safety tips. I live in Canton and had a bathroom shower knob that wasnt working properly and he was very prompt after my service call. Definitely recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a quote from A1 for repairing the water main line coming into my basement after my usual plumber told me he wouldnt work on plumbing as old as the line in my house. A1s quote was very reasonable. Kevin and his team showed up on time, made the repairs and were very clean, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely call them first for any future plumbing work.

Had a water heater replaced. Had an issue with a part for my whole house humidifier, Ryan came back half hour later with the part and replaced it no extra charge. New hot water heater works great and they took the time to show me how it worked and explained what was done.
