This company was called to clean a drain line for Mothers(80 year old - lives by herself) mobile home. They showed up spent less than 2 hours on the job and charged her $595. Based on work they did, this was an obvious overcharge. Said they did a septic tank pump out and cleaned out the outgoing drain line. Septic tank pump out wasnt needed(local septic companies charge around $175 for that service), drain line clean out was only thing needed. In any case, including septic pump out and drain cleaning, $600 for that work was way out of line. Nobody there to question them when they gave 80 year old Mom the bill, she just paid it.

I had toilets over flowing, water backing up in my tub. A-1 came to my rescue! Within minutes of there arrival the water drained out of my tubs, the toilets were flushing without gurgling and backing up, awesome! I am now on a routine maintenance schedule every three years.
