What great customer service! I called last minute on a Saturday, and though I hadnt made a normal reservation, Filo was able to help me arrange something anyway. My little sister has a newborn, and her and my brother in law really needed a hand on their move. I wasnt able to make it out all the way to Grand Rapids but really wanted to help. None of the other services were able to help me on such short notice. Also: Most did not offer "labor services" like this one did and required you to use their end to end moving service. These guys were willing and able to work with me. My sister and brother in law will be singing my praises for a while. :-) Thanks guys! I recommend them whole-heartedly! - Austin

My parents moved this week from Michigan to Wisconsin. The moving team came in on the first day with positive attitudes and more importantly compassion for an older couple moving out of the home of 36 years. Dwight explained everything thoroughly and answered numerous questions with way more patience than I would have had. The truck arrived in Wisconsin ahead of schedule and the team unpacked and set up in amazing time. I cant say enough about Dwights professionalism, his instruction of his team, and would recommend him highly!

Worst customer service EVER!!! I was charged an extra $280 to have extra guys come help unload the truck. These movers left cigarette butts all over the driveway and took so many breaks. Then after calling 4 times to dispute the charges nobody EVER called me back. Not only will I NEVER use them, I will let everyone I know what horrible experience I had and hopefully they will loose out on $280 like I did from it.

This was the worst experience I have ever had the guys here dont care about your stuff. We had books bent stuff just put in boxes that didnt even go in that area. We had something made that the guys just twisted up and threw in a box I could go on and on when our stuff got to SD the people that uploaded it were great they were fast and careful.
