I had my roof replaced by West Michigan Roofing and Construction in June of 2017. I am very happy with my beautiful new roof and the high quality workmanship and service I received! Roger, my project consultant, did a great job of answering all my questions and explaining the roofing process, material choices, and warranty options to me. He provided product samples and helped me to understand the difference between various options available to me so I could make an informed decision when selecting the right type of roof for my home. Roger also provided wonderful customer service in that he always returned my phone calls promptly when I had any questions. Dale and his roofing team did an excellent job removing my old roof and installing the new one. They arrived on time and completed my roofing job in two days. The roofing team was very courteous and did a thorough job cleaning up all the roofing materials and nails. Dale and his team were very professional, and they did high-quality work on my roofing project. I was very pleased with my experience with West Michigan Roofing and Construction Company. I would be happy to use them again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with West Michigan Roofing. They were very professional in quoting our job, on the job, and after the job was finished. When working with contractors you never know what youre going to get. They installed my roof during a very windy time and when stuff blew down the street, the guys would run after it to make sure they were not creating a mess. They did a great job with clean up. Nothing was left in my gutters. Nothing in my landscaping was disturbed. They came by for a final walk-through at the end after I had paid them just to make sure I was still happy. They even let me keep theyre rolling magnets over the weekend after the job was done so I could go through and make sure all of the extra nails were picked up. I could not recommend a business any higher than these guys. Great work!

Great work and great people. Had several quotes for my roof (with tear off) in August of 2015. Salesman Joe was great to work with and answered all my questions, whether I was on the roof with him or reviewing the shingle styles and colors. Job lead Dale and his crew were on time, personable, and knowledgeable. With several quality and warranty options to choose from, you can count on a competitive quote from them for whatever your desired coverage (warranty and shingle type). I waited 1 year to write this review to see how the roof held up over the first Michigan season cycle. No complaints. Looks great, no leaks, no nails popping a year later. Finishing touches were covered appropriately (silicone around all vents and flashing as needed). Definitely recommend.

I had a terrible experience with West Michigan roofing. The crew they sent was extremely unprofessional using drugs and profanity on the job site. Did not use the correct tools for the job and If I hadnt noticed it would have been covered up. I paid the extra money they charge because I had heard good things and they had a good reputation. I wouldnt recommend doing business with them to anyone. Im still waiting for them to come fix a few things they said they were going to do months ago. I feel like the salesman I got just cared about getting a paycheck and thats it.

Last year we purchased a home in Spring Lake. Mike came out to measure our roof and gave us a very thoraul estimate. We have a 2,500 square foot ranch home and was very impressed with the time frame that it was completed. Dumpster was delivered in the morning and when I retured home the job was complete. This was a tear off and re roof. Yard was clean of all debris and roof looked great. They even replaced some bad sheeting on the roof. I would highly recomend west michigan roofing to anyone in need of a roof.

I had these guys cedar shake my old house some years back and they did such a great job we were considered for the Grand Haven calendar. So when we needed a new roof it was a no brainer to call them back. Love that Mike has his guys come and concur. No day on day off hassles. I was pleased with the job the crew did with my new roof in 2015. I noticed my dining room ceiling leaking on a couple occasions after the roof was installed so I contacted West Michigan Roofing. I am pleased to say that they lived up to their guarantee to take care of the problem and my roof no longer leaks. I like a company who isnt just after your business but follows through if you have issues.

My feeling is that they want you to know what product you are getting and how it is going to get done. I had an insurance claim for my roof. They even took care of the insurance end of it. Wow!
