Bunch of hacks. I and some of my family members have had work done by them. Will never go back there every again. I always have to fix their mistakes when we get the car back. They do BAD work and cut corners at every turn. Most people dont see their mistakes and the bad job they do. As a former mechanic that worked at a dealer I see all their shoddy work. I only ever took my car to them when I didnt have the proper tools needed for the job or didnt have time to work on a family members car. Was doing rotors on my car and couldnt get a bolt on the anchor loose. Didnt have a torch or a strong air compressor or breaker bar. Took it to them because they are cheap (you get what you pay for). They did the rotors and brake pads. Of course the hacks didnt clean the rotors of the factory metal shavings before they put them on. This causes a break squeak. When you dont clean the rotors and it ruins the brand new pads I had them put on because the shavings get stuck in the pads and cause the squeak. So I bought new pads and put them on myself to fix their mistake because I didnt want to take it back to the hacks. They would probably just blow me off even if I did. I took off the now loosened bolts of the brake anchor (thanks to them) only to find that i didnt have any pads on the emergency break. They never told me about this. In fact they ran up the adjustment screw completely inward so that the emergency brake would never engage. They probably thought "will do him a favor and run them up since he has no pads so they dont engage." BUT AGAIN THEY NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT IT. This is a MAJOR NO NO. And a huge safety concern. They did this because when I went in I gave the appearance that i would not buy any maintenance work from them and that I know cars, so they knew I wouldnt buy anything so they never told me about the missing emergence pads. What if I pulled the E-brake in a real emergency and never knew about it? I could have been killed. They are scum. Sisters car had strut towers put in the rear of her car. We got the car back and her seat belt in that rear seat was pinched on a bolt. It looked like a rush job. Later that night when I got off work I had to fix their mistake by taking out the rear seat again and loosening the bolt. Didnt want to take it back to the hacks knowing they do a bad job. What a pack of hacks these are the scum you hear about on the news cheating people. Absolutely do not take your vehicle to them just because they may be cheap. I hope you get yours one day. Pack of rats you are.

Hey this.company is a price gauging business. They charged me $80 to put in 6 spark plugs and a O2 sensor for $80. These were my own parts I brought. Also I purchased there quick assembly strut from the company for my rearend on my Taurus for a whoping 380.00. Dude with the squeeky voice behind the counter was like, "We charge high for the strut job cause we have to take the back seats out," The only way to handle these fake and less concern auto shop is hit them with the dang gone reviews.....Its sad but true. Businesses that gives a consumer services should never be based on there race or how much money they spend and this company does Customers do read reviews and this review will save another customer and then another customer.

Brad has done a lot of good work for me over at Auto City on Gratiot in the past and when he left there, it took a while to find him working here at Morisette. He and his crew finished up taking care of a couple problems with my 03 Saturn Vue and I couldnt be more pleased. Thanks guys!!
