If I could give less than one star I would. The Sears Auto at Polaris is full of the most careless and incompetent "mechanics" I have ever encountered. They botched a simple repair and caused over $2000 worth of additional damage to my car. Even more - they wont take responsibility! If I drove my car in and had to have it towed back, YOU HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG. Sears should be ashamed of allowing such dishonest and untalented "mechanics" to work on their customers vehicles. I am constantly kicking myself for taking my car to them. SCREW YOU, Sears. Next time we meet will be in court.

HORRIBLE DO NOT i repeat DO NOT take your CAR there i got an oil change on September 28th by OCTOBER 6TH their was not a drop of oil in my car ASI WAS ON THE FREEWAY THE CAR STOPPED AND they said it was not their FAULT i will be taking LEGAL action with this SICK SICK company anything could have happened my engine cold have locked up and caused a major car accident it is UN ACCEPTABLE to treat PAYING CUSTOMERS like this i SUGGEST NO one take they vehicle there if you want quality service.

Ordered something for in-store pickup. But when I got there, they could not find my item. Then they cancelled my item without asking first and gave me another similar one. As a result of the cancellation, Sears took away the SYWR points I got from my entire order while the item costs just 1/30 of the order. Not happy.

I went for an oil change because I found a coupon online for a $17 service. In spite of a lengthy wait, service was friendly and actually ended up costing what the coupon advertised + tax, which is often not the case.
