We were told about this place from my Uncle who has used them for a number of years with great satisfaction. 3 years ago we took my husbands car in as the brakes were beyond spongy and they gave us a very fair price and sadly we needed more parts than we were thinking as we let them go a bit too long. I did call around and their price FAR beat the other prices I was given. This morning we noticed my husbands brakes again didnt sound good. I was worried about another big bill, but when my husband took it in they looked at everything and said all we needed was a cleaning and brake alignment - $20 and good to go! As the person working (maybe the owner) told my husband - "If you dont need it, we dont do it." A great way to do business - especially in this industry!

I was sure I needed a cat-back exhaust replacement as I could see my resonator pipe was rusted through and there was a hole in my muffler. Mr. Muffler gave a good estimate over the phone so I brought it down. After looking at it, they said my muffler was okay; apparently it has multiple layers and was not leaking. They were right, car is nice and quiet now with just a new resonator pipe. Honest, competent people.

My only complaint is that I wish they changed oil here. Theyve always fixed my car for a fair price and treated me fair. Since I am a women, other women can relate to being treated like an idiot when then you take a car to a shop. Not here! I know how to fix cars, and its nice to be treated like I have a brain. I recommend these guys!

If you looking for a quick job, this is where you go. If you care about your car, avoid it like plague. Most horrible weld I have ever seen, broke a o2 sensor when install, they only do the time save way. Car have exhaust leak after a fresh installation of a brand new exhaust system.

Just came from there, I have a f-150 needed a muffler. Charged $135.00 and did a great job while i waited. I will go back to these guys.
