If there were another option, wed take it. Sent employees out 6 times to do the same thing...pick up a cable. The sixth time they finally found it and removed it. But it took me holding the kids hand to do it. They dug a cable one day and couldnt locate it the next. Customer service is terrible and condescending. Prices are straight up theft for terrible internet speeds and phone service options are a joke. If you need any kind of service, theres a ridiculous charge. You cant move your router from the spot they plug it in at, which is just asinine. They often dont know what theyre talking about and will openly argue with you. I cant comment on their television, but Ive not heard good things. If you are not in an area monopolized by this company, I urge you to explore your options.

I Have been a Business customer with CTC for over 8 years, I called in and talk to someone about my bill ( I Got a FINAL NOTICE in the Mail) When the Bill was Only 7 Days Past Due... (It was verified, by the person on the phone), but yet at the end (after putting me on hold) then said they made a mistake--- somehow??? .... And then was rude and hung up on me. I Just Dont see How they can Send a "DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE FOR PAST - DUE BILL" FINAL NOTICE, When I did not get a first Notice ... and it was Only 7 days passed Due....!!!! - ( Piss Pour ) - If I always treated my customers like that, I wouldnt have any.

We had service with ctc. We mailed a check to be reached by the third. We placed stop on the check because it had not been cashed. They suspended our service and later on perm disconnected us even though we said we would pay it may 3rd they said they would not wait and we found this out after they disconnected us not before. Poor customer service and poor communication. (Edit) CTC took payment and reconnect order was placed. Upped to four stars would be 5 if communication was better.

The absolute worst ISP Ive ever used. High latency, packet loss, terribly slow upload and download speeds, and random disconnects. Anybody in the Brainerd, MN area: DO NOT USE CTC as a provider. They rip you off and give you terrible internet service in return. Charter has a far superior internet service for the same price or less per month.
