Go to comcast cable... coc sucks they really do. So here my story my bill comes in for mt internet only service I have through them I attempted to go to there web page guess what no internet..... I pay $80 per month on high speed internet and im barely getting it. 2-3 times a day internet just stops working. Tech support blamed modem 5 different times still no fix so they say its because too many people are online in our service area.. bull crap. Second I call there number to pay my bill I press three for a current customer than 2 for billing and customer support. Phone rings I get a voice mail saying to visit cox online for customer service wtf my int er rnet dont work... so I call again this time I press 2 and some person who barely speaks english answers I tell them my problem they completely ignore what I say and add cable to my bill I dont want there cable there internet doesnt even work. So I guess ill pay my bill when they call me im over the bull crap.... no more cox there just aweful at everything they do.

I am tired of the ridiculous down time on their supposedly high speed internet. On a DAILY basis I get disconnected for seemingly no reason for up to 20 minutes. On a clear, bright and sunny day the connection will drop. I pay monthly around 60 bucks for the power boost, and it is not even worth it. I can see them trying to restart their servers while I wait for the connection to pick back up, it IS a problem on THEIR end, not my equipment. Calling their tech support gets you the typical rhetoric of "Please disconnect your router for ten seconds and reconnect," which anyone with even a rudimentary knowledge of a router knows on their own. Complaining in person accomplishes nothing. TL;DR, cox is a terrible internet provider, find your service elsewhere.

So my DVR Box Remote starts lagging very badly @ 8:30 on Friday Night, I call COX they reset the DVR Box & it quits working all together! (Mind you I just got the new Contour Box 3 weeks ago!) Then they proceed to inform me Im just SOL until SUNDAY between 8 & 10am! Now my question is.....Paying over $200.00 a month for their DVR Box, Cable, Home Phone & Internet plus being a customer for 40 years @ 2 different addresses, never been late with a payment much less never shut off why am I still paying for services I cant even use from 8:30 Friday night until Sunday between 8&10?!?!?!? I wont even go into not receiving all of my channels for a year, 3 different box exchanges, 3 different service calls & it still wasnt fixed!

We paid going on 3 months ago to make our bill current. They said it would take 2 weeks to get someone to our new address to see if we can get Internet where we live.. which we can. Our neighbors, my parents, have it. Well it has been nearly 3 months later and THEY HAVENT SENT ANYONE. And of course, you cant get them to answer the phone anytime you call. And dont even bother leaving a voicemail, they wont call you back. We have gone in the store 6 TIMES to see whats going on. Every time is, "oh uh... someone shouldve been there... theres nothing we can do. Will call when we know something." They are totally clueless and just make excuses. Totally not worth the hassle.

Customer service is terrible. Hell servicing general is terrible. My internet has been out for almost a week and they still havent fixed it. They are sending someone out because they think its my equipment when I can assure you I paid over $200 for my modem(netgear) and its worked like a charm since I bought it and Ive never had a problem with it. They say there shouldnt be a problem yet when I try to get online it says that they have it shut off. Scam artists.

The COX store in Van Buren was closed fairly recently. I tried to call a local store in Fort Smith Ar to make sure it was still open. Instead of a simple call, I spent minutes listening to needless chatter about services and offers I had absolutely no interest in. How difficult can it be to list the phone number of a local store instead transferring the call to an automated system? Extremely poor customer service choice.

Just received my bill and I was billed $110 for a new modem to upgrade to the faster internet. First, I wasnt told there would be a charge for the new modem. Second, the internet has sucked and is worse than the original. I still have the old modem and am going to go back to it, take back the new modem and demand a credit on my bill. This is ridiculous.

Tried to pay my bill, with credit card, bank check. Payment was credited to someone elses account. $600.00 left my account for $88.00 bill. They cant figure it out. STAY AWAY very incompetant. Feels like fraud to me.

Internet is not perfect but for the price its pretty good, $80 for 50 down 5 up and during peak hours I get 35 down 5 up. I never get disconnected or drop speeds too much.
