Hated it is an understatement. TWC does not care ONE BIT about their customers, treat them like crap consistently and just doesnt give a damn about service. Tried to change service over phone, EVRYTIME got sent to some moron in India who wont shut up long enough to answer my question. Cant even call the local store to ask a simple question about hours of operation - get routed to India every time. If you make it thru their 15 verification questions - which are not asked consecutively by the way - they make some feeble attempt to give you an answer, which you know is wrong. No wait - feeble attempt is giving them too much credit. 3 or 4 times while asking a question they kept asking for information to "validate" my account...WTF?!?!?!? They are unable to do anything or answer any question - so you are forced to go to their stores, then guess what? Their stores are filled with mentally challenged rude jack asses. They have unworkable hours, are always jam packed and are closed whenever you need help. Wish to GOD there was another alternative for internet where I live - I would switch in a heartbeat. This company is a prime example of a monopoly that shits all over its customers and knows you have to take it. Burn in hell time warner cable. Burn in hell.

If I could give you 0 stars I would but it doesnt let me,so let me tell you my story with Time Warner cable either the coast on the cable for the past three years or year and a half ago I moved out of my house and had my equipment there with my ex-wife.she didnt let me come and pick it up. Called numerous times to Time Warner cable to cancel my account they told me you can cancel that account is his balance on it. She didnt let me come and pick it up. While my ex-wife had my account that was only under my name she ordered intelligence home racked up about $1000 in bills docked for the past four months Ive been calling Time Warner cable Almost every day trying to figure out a payment plan or for them to cancel The intelligence home they told me they dont need my permission to add intelligence home to my account anybody can go into your account and create whatever they want without you knowing about it besides that theyre being playing me around for the fast five months not willing to converse or talk to me just sending me from one operator shame on you time want to cable I will never do business with you again

Ive been a loyal customer, never have I had a late payment i pay in full EARLY every month. I have referred friends and family to TWC/Spectrum and never asked for anything. This month after a death, surgeries and other issues that were unpredictable I was only able to pay 70% of my bill. I asked for an extinction on the 30% for 8 days and even offered to enroll in auto payments. I was refused the extra 8 days. I have had my service over a year and moved during that time. TWC/Spectrum was a choice and not the cheapest but I stayed because I was it was easy and I thought I was happy, today my opinion of TWC/Spectrum has changed and I shall be shopping around for new service. Poor customer service Disappointed loyal customer

Internet service was ok, but their customer service is worse than any Ive ever encountered. Every time I had to call in about anything, I spent at least 30 minutes on hold or being transferred around to multiple people who didnt know what they were talking about. They also mistakenly disconnected my service for about a week one time and told me I would get a refund for my time without internet, which never happened. Also when I called to cancel my service I had to get transferred to no less than SEVEN people who all asked me the same 3 questions and were still unable to actually do anything towards canceling my service. Im taking my physical modem into the TWC store today to end my business with TWC.

I have been dealing with this lousy Time Warner company for years. When you call to complain they always make an attempt to try selling you something that you dont need. Always trying to convince you of what a fabulous deal you are getting. My monthly bill is $147. 3 months ago I lost internet service for 2 weeks because their modem, that I was renting from them, went bad. They attempted to make things right, with me, by giving me a $15 credit. $15 didnt subsidize me for the time Id spent on the phone with them let alone the time Id been without service. Im done with Time Warner. Got Google fiber hooked up this morning. I wont miss anything about you Time Warner.

They lure you in with a good deal and then reward their loyal customers by jacking the rate sky high. When i called to ask about ways to lower my bill they tried to upsell me instead and said that lowering my bill was not an option. For what you pay for their cable, i feel like you shouldnt have to refresh your channels every 10 minutes, causing you to miss huge chunks of programming each time. As soon as I research other providers I will be switching and I definitely wont look back.

Worst Tv experience ever. The shows freeze up all the time when theres nothing but clear skies. The guide freezes and wont scroll without hitting the buttons tons of times being right in front of the box. The internet goes out all the time and isnt even strong enough to download picture of multimedia messages on my phone. Ive never been so frustrated just trying to watch TV. Only reason we have it is because we arent able to get anything else in this area.

There are no stars for this crappy company who will not let you speak to anyone in the USA wtf this is so damn crazy I do not want to speak to someone over seas about my bill screw you time warner cable my promotion was until april now you raise it in february wtf screw you and all the damn employees that have to work for this stupid damn company who sells out service to overseas you probably put your abundance of profits in off shore accounts too????

8/27/17 Edit: Spectrum has sent me a $78 bill for equipment that I returned over a week ago. Seriously? They are not going to give me my refund, and on top of that they are billing me false charges. This is a dirty company. Spectrum has a 30 day refund policy, but of course they wont abide to it and will not offer a refund for their terrible service. If your company isnt going to give me my refund, please stop advertising your dishonest policies.

Very unhappy tried multiple times to have time warner rep come pick up my cable box...date set up but no call no show time warner rep..so I tried to get box shipping box to take in time warner rep set up FedEx box to ship to my place and I found out after box never arrived no box was sent even though was told was shipped so now as I write this I am on my way to time warner location to return cable box myself very UnHappY!!!!
