This is the worst customer service Ive ever had! The instore manager lied directly to my face only to make me believe everything was resolved. Ive been hung up on multiple times, and the only response I get when I call back is "our phones were acting funny" or "it accidentally got disconnected". I never once cussed them out or said anything inappropriate over the phone. On top of that the "calls are recorded for quality assurance and training purposes" my ass! I have proof concerning one of my disputes and its magically been deleted and they cant pull the call back up. I had a screen shot of our conversations and I had the phone call as proof for my dispute. Apparently the calls are recorded and you are not allowed to reference back to them no matter the situation.AND Ive been put on the supervisor call back list twice now and havent received any calls from any managers until today, which was weeks later. They are supposed to return those within 24-48 hours. I strongly reccomend any other service but this one! This store is sad and pathetic, I will never spend another penny on anything from their services. EVERYONE BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Absolute worst company in the entire world. Cox blocks our analog signal so they charge us $2 per TV each month for the rest of our lives. Then the mini boxes that Cox forces us to use are not compatible with ANY older TVs. The only thing the new mini box remote controllers do is change channels, nothing more. We are forced to use our regular TV remote to do everything else. This is completely unacceptable & IO for one will not be paying the $2 per month. I am in the process of finding the best class action suit to join to force Cox to un-block our analog signals or supply working remotes for mini boxes. Cox Customers beware !!!!!!!!! If I got paid minimum wage for all the time I spend dealing with Coxs issues, Id be a rich man.

Poor customer service I was in pain my bill today and i had a few questions about my bill I had a hard time getting any answers which was strange because it was just simple questions about dates and when charges were applied I wasnt even sure if the bill was wrong I was just trying to get clarification I asked for a statement of my bill and he replied dont you get them in the mall after getting no questions answered I made a payment and he handed the receipt to me and asked me to leave the store you got all up close behind me on my way out the door and I was quite uncomfortable and felt threatened then he locked the door with other customers still inside and told me never to return

Mixed bag as far as customer service goes. The gentleman I spoke with was nice as was the door greeter, but I heard/saw another female employee being short and kind of rude to an older lady who was just trying understand how to get internet setup.

They never answer their phone. An they will tell you one thing, then five minutes later its something else. Then once you confront them they lie to your face. I had to walk out because they were making a joke about it. I would watch these people.

Went there to lower my bill due promo expiration. Was able to keep main channels under ch300, internet & phone for $191.00. Unsure if tax was included but for a 2 decade customer, it beats $256! ! ...and for channels I dont want.

Cant get through to anyone on phone to ask any question at all!! Just get operator and have to leave message for them to call you back and that aint happening!!! I dont have to stay with Cox, if you cant get any service!!!

So far in the four to five years Ive been with Cox there have been few issues Ive had with them. Only real issue I ever had was one of the newer workers a year two ago got something mixed up but theyhelped get it fixed.
