Went to their office to get internet installed in the apt. complex I moved to (which is already installed they just need to climb the pole and screw the cable in) and was told it would be 9 days before they could get someone out here to get it done. Ive already had cable/internet installed at the house I moved from and we switched from their cable to Dish because its the same stuff replayed over and over. Theres 11 seasons of "Seinfeld" but you only see the same 3 seasons over and over again. They dropped TWD from their lineup and ultimately thats what made us switch to Dish. Also, when you have a problem, if you call their number you are redirected to Georgia and every time we have called the person on the other end of the line sounds like theyre from India and we cant understand what they are saying. The only good thing about TC is their gig allowance, which is 500 gigs per month, which to someone like me is basically unlimited gigs. Their service guys are helpful and friendly. Our internet was slow so the tech came out and said we needed to upgrade our modem, from $1 to $9 a month, but we havent noticed a difference between the two. They have a monopoly here, but if you want internet theyre the best bet...its better than AT&T and you get 500 gigs instead of whatever AT&T gives you.

It has a number of problems, starting with pay-per-view service. They do not offer the service in English, the official language of the United States. Its offered only in Spanish. Repair service if necessary is ok, but its slow. Sometimes Communications with their main office is delayed. And there are times when it is not always a good thing to call without talking to someone who does not understand what your needs are. Needs considerable work with customer service. Television service is ok also, I made it to need some organization. Its a moderately rated service, it still could be useful if its the only thing you have. They need English-speaking Representatives, and they also need English service and pay-per-view. There has been a complaint filed with the SEC, they answered it by only saying that they acknowledge that there is a problem, but they dont offer how to fix it.

We use the internet and the telephone service and for the most part, it works fairly well. But when there is a problem, it takes an act of Congress to get a resolution and I have wasted a lot of time on the phone trying to resolve an issue. Another issue, you cannot talk to anyone locally at all. There is a local phone number which redirects you to an 800 customer service number. Their tech support for internet is in Georgia and the sales office is in Arkansas. So why is it called Tahlequah Cable? I will say that the people that answer the phone try to help and the local technicians do the best they can. If we had another option for this service, we certainly would try it out.

Tahlequah Cable Television Inc. is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. There is no local number for you to call so you have to call the 1800 number and wait to speak to someone that is out of state. They double your fee after 12 months but apparently you can just put anyones name on the account to lower it. Even if they dont live IN STATE, seems wrong. Called corporate to put in a ticket to a supervisor because corporate offices says they cannot do this. Cannot switch to another service because they are the only ones that reach where I live. DO NOT USE TAHLEQUAH CABLE!! NOTHING BUT TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

The actual internet service is great, and Im very satisfied with the customer service. However, they recently cancelled our online account (without notifying us), then we got charged for a late fee when our auto-payments didnt go through... because they cancelled our online account. They have made us re-create online accounts 4 times now, with no rhyme or reason as to why. With the most recent update there is no longer the option to have auto-pay, which was a huge perk to TCT. Im hoping they bring it back, and stop randomly deleting our online accounts.

Ill give it one star because they are much higher than a satellite dish per month and they dont have my favorite channel AMC. So now I have to wait till "The Walking Dead " comes out on video plus other shows and channels I love. So now I am looking into getting satellite in the near future which does have the AMC channel plus others I enjoy . But the people who work there are very friendly and helpful and if you have no other options it is better than nothing at all I suppose.

Went to their local office to create an account. Employee proceeded to read my SSN OUT LOUD not once but THREE times while inputting my information. It was the single most agitating experience Ive had in a long while. Edit: Updated my review, and got rid of some extraneous ranting. Also removed comments about not being able to access account. There was an extra delay, but it was probably caused by 4th of July holiday stuff.

They completely REFUSE to supply service to everyone within the city limits of Tahlequah, yet they maintain their monopoly. When I talk to them, or their parent company CableLynx, I get a HUGE runaround. The ONLY reason these jerks have ANY customers is because of their monopoly. Im sure people would gladly take their business elsewhere if they had an option. Worst cable company EVER!

Awful outsourced phone support that will do literally anything to avoid taking your call while providing amateur (at best) support. Unhelpful local office. Irritable onsite technicians. Consistently receive 1%-10% of purchased speed bracket (1.3 megabit to 10 megabit out of 100 megabit package). Current issues spanning about 3 weeks with no solution. Source: +10 years in IT/Telecom

Tahlequah doesnt have an abundance of options for TV/Internet service providers, and some of them will only go out to a certain point in town. With this in mind, Tahlequah Cable is a decent provider with fast service. Their prices arent too bad and I havent had an abundance of service interruptions.

They dont even have a local phone number you can call when theres a billing problem. The rep at the 800 number said I would have to go to the office to resolve a billing error made on their side. So to get THEIR error fixed, I have to take half a day off work and go to their office. @%%$#*($&$^

As a former AT&T DSL subscriber, I assumed local internet service couldnt possibly be any worse. I was wrong. If youre looking for broadband in Tahlequah, theres not an option that wont leave you cursing.

These ladies knew exactly what I needed when I poorly remembered what I had been told on the phone. They were quick, knowledgeable on anything I asked, and allowed me to feel confident in their service.

I had intermitten connectivity problems and TCC sent a technician quickly. Alex fixed my Internet problem today, he went above and beyond to help out. Thank you very much.

Services has gotten a lot better recently, wish they would up their upload speeds. 5mbps is not enough for 2017.
