I hope what I have to say will help before its to late. Spectrum is a horrible company. Let me tell you why. I had twc for 2 yrs.I moved because of my job so I had my service moved to my new address. Two days later with out any warning they turned of my service. Why u ask. This is why.they said I owed a pass due balance from my old address well nobody told me that I owed anything (yet).So I had to pay a pass due of $125.wich is my normal bill.Not to bad Wright. Wrong.. they said I had to pay for a new install fee of $197.35..So yes I paid it even though I didnt think that they were being fair.So if you think that is the end...oh no it gets worse. They made a date and time to come out and install my new equipment. It two hrs to get it all hooked back up.Two days later they turned it off again. Why this time you ask. BECAUSE OF THE PERSON THAT LIVED here before me owed them money and it has to be paid before my service could be turned back on .They told me that Im not responsible for that bill but it has to be paid before I can have service. I asked them how much this person owed...hoping not to much so that I could pay it. All I can say that there is no way Im paying it. The lady told me that now matter where you move to if the person that lived there before you owes them money you cant have any service with them. The problem that I have with that is they dont tell you if there is a pass due owed to that address. so they will charge you for a instalation fee and your first month bill that you have to pay up front and as soon as they get your money they turn you off with no warning. I am going through hell with these company. They are EXTREMELY RUDE. T W C WAS A WAY MORE BETTER COMPANY..I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON GETTING SPECTRUM

Setup an appointment on Saturday. Got a email on Sunday said in was canceled. Called in then and got it rescheduled. Come Tuesday waited till 12:30 pm on a 10:30 am appointment. Called in and they said we had canceled the appointment. Called the forth time and got scheduled for another day that we have to hang around all morning and hope Spectrum shows up. Seems that they got our phone number wrong on the tech schedule (the number we gave several times) was a person that didnt even have Spectrum. That the reason it kept being canceled. This is my first dealings with the new owner, Spectrum. I hope this isnt what we have to look forward too.

Not about this poor store. But whomever is in charge of the ongoing expansion going on at Tulane/Old 90 should lose their jobs. Preschoolers probably do a better job. Got a neighbor with internet going for three weeks and yet we cant get it at our house. Not at any point of the construction project which been going on for months now have we even gotten a piece of mail or a call to let us know that TWC was coming to our neighborhood and a phone or contact to possible put our names on some sort of list for when services become available. Just a plain mess.

I have their services I got 3 months ago but will be canceling. Worst tv service tv goes out for no reason I call they have me to go get another box so I do things get worst. I have to sometimes hit on button 3 or 4 times for tv to come on. Not the tv it is new. I have just had enough.

Went in to exchange my cable box for a newer one, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. All the employees were helpful and really nice.
