the worst experience I have ever had to go threw and I hope I save some one the pain I am going to be dealing with because of the carelessness. first off the tech. comes out to my house with out calling lucky my father was at my house and called to tell me he was there. so I tell her I will be there in 12 minutes so the tech agrees and 5 minutes later my dad calls and informs me that he has left. so I called and they tell me he will turn around and come back. 30mins later still not there. I call back and get a ticket# and they tell me I will get a call in 1 hour. I wait and no call 5 calls and no one can help me I was hung up on 1 time and still havent found out why he left. I am very unsatisfied with there dispatch and there way of handling the issue. I was guaranteed to have the service by 5pm that day. I had signed up for an online course that was 700$ and because I was not able to have it installed I lost all the 700$ the only thing they told me was let me transfer you to customer care where they tell me they couldnt help me. I will write a more in depth review on the BBB in hopes this gets handled in a appropriate manner and everyone is satisfied. I had tried every time I spoke to someone to get in touch with a tech supervisor or field supervisor and was told that they cant do that. nor could they give me any answers as to why he didnt call before he trespassed on my property. this problem needs to be resolved!

The customer service is good but the quality of refurbished hardware is lacking. It took two trips and an hour of reprogramming while waiting in the office to get a new cable box. The initial box they sent me home with immediately smelled of burnt electronics when I plugged it in.

You have very good representative or customer service sitting behind the counter helping you out they are very respectable people and if you got a problem they sit there and they will work with you to solve your problem
