EXTREMELY POOR customer service. They are only open 2 days a week and not hours that help a working person. On the days they are supposed to be open, workers still can not show up and are unwilling to work with you. If you try calling the number they have posted it will lead to 20 minutes of automated offers from other companies only to get to the end of the call to find out they changed their number. With the new number you still will not get to talk to a human. My suggestion...choose a different company!

The lady that works the desk is trashy an has other people come in there to visit with her before quoting time.. we went up there and paid are late Bill at 4 an they close at 5 there no reason they couldnt have turned are service back on. It was only one are two days late. Update 1-24-17 Finally after contacting the 1800 number ssveral times my internet is running good it has been running my games just fine this evening.

The lady that runs the store is never there so you can pay your bill she closed the store way before its time an gets an attitude with everyone!
