This company is a joke. I signed up with a promotional discount of 19.95/mo for a year starting in March of 2017. Its now August and I still havent received that price. The first month was $61.92, then $54.88, then $36.94 and so on. Now I have been billed this month for $33 TWICE, and Im still being asked for $33.98. I recommend going with ANYONE else! Ive been bounced back and forth between different offices on their automated system and every time, the department "cant help" and they transfer me between billing and financial. As I said before, this is the biggest JOKE of a company Ive ever dealt with!

I have had it with centurylink, have had problems with them before and I am at the end of my patience with them. I pay 94.37 a month for internet and phone and am extremely dissatisfied with both. the last 2 days my internet has been at a crawl and so I call support and of course I get connected to a guy in india and go through their troubleshooting. 38 minutes later nothing accomplished and he wanted me to keep doing stupid tests instead of admitting their service just sucks. I told the support guy I am done with them. unfortunately comcast sucks as well.

This company sucks #$!=×@!#$ they sign you up for one price which is ok. Then next month it goes up twenty bucks with no explanation. Call them and well you better off talking to a wall. "Im sorry sir the rent on your router went up" but the $@!!#$@& router is three years old to me and works...well...when it wants. Why cant a company of this size take care of its customers instead worrying how much money they make and dont provide a decent service too the people paying their wages!

If there were negative numbers, Id be giving them -3 stars. I was warned years ago by the Attorney General not to do automatic pay with this company because of all the complaints. But I was badgered and bullied into doing it with promises of a free month or two. This company never gets the billing charges correct. Ive had to contact supervisors in another state to get my bill set straight a few times. I am back today with the same problem. They keep getting the price wrong.

The customer service at this store is a joke. I had to visit this store three times, because they failed to get our modem to us on time (more than a couple days late). This mainly has to do with the carrier they chose to use, but when I arrived at this store to explain what was happening all the guy told me was "oh um sorry?" And "we didnt mean to ha" all in a sarcastic manner. Then told me to have a nice day and proceeded to talk to the other worker in the store.

The only reason we are still with them is because its better than Commiecast. The internet is fine, if its not disconnecting you randomly when youre trying to do things. They shut off our service when someone else called them and asked for it to be disconnected despite the fact that for us to get anything done it takes at least a week to get anyone here. Not happy with the service, but need it. Probably the only reason anyone stays with them to be honest.

Bad, Bad and more BAD. Is it really to hard to do what you say you will do, like give the customer a call ahead of time to let them know when you will be there. And I am not talking ten minutes before you show up. A 4 hour window for 15 minutes of work is fine as long as I know what 15 minutes you will be at my house. Maybe CenturyLink employees need to work in the real world. If this site would allow a post with no stars I would have.

Hmmmm where do I even start!!! Well lets see I was on hold for 68 mins! I have had the services for 4 days and been on the phone every day with them and had a tech out and still have very very spotty services! I want to cancel and have been put on hold every time and then either hung up on or put on hold for over an hour so I just give up. I am seriously want to rip my hair out!!! The worst! I thought comcast was bad..... nope!

Centurylink is absolutely &$ awful. Their billing is so terrible. This is crazy. I have so many better things to do with my time than be on the phone with them. None of them can get it straight. I canceled my service 3 times, Im due a refund and they still cant figure it out. I moved to a new area that they dont service. Every person I get transferred to has a different &$&$# story. So annoying.

I wouldnt even get them one star. They are horrible, customer service doesnt even care about customer happiness. I moved into my new house couple weeks ago and still havent came and set up my internet. They will try and charge you $80 dollars a month, thats just ridiculous just for internet. I would NEVER recommend them! All they care about is money!

Terrible service, disconnected service for a week and a half because they were working on the network. Never received a credit. Plus we were told we would be paying around 30 when we continued with them and its over 40. Never get calls back, little to no customer service. Plus the internet disconnects itself about a dozen times a day.

Just had internet installed in Andover. Our technician, Grant, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He ran into a couple issues getting us connected as we are in a new development but was able to get it sorted out in no time. Now we have fast internet at a decent price - happy customer here!

The service is perfectly fine for the price. I would recommend not getting any speed lower than 20 Mbps. The staff on site will help you with problems if you come in calm and collective. They cant do everything but then again they are in the retail side.

I dont get why CenturyLink only has 1.8 stars? I always have had good service from them. Whenever my deal goes out, i always call and they bend over backwards for me. I dont know. I think theyre doing an awesome job.
