Ive just joined this amazing team of people at MCN and so far nothings impossible! In the last few months weve created an Internship program for students to come and learn everything from what goes on here at the station to on set all the while getting credit at school. Its still a work in progress but this is just the beginning. Im learning more about what MCN has to offer every day. For example MCN is a non- profit open to the public so if your looking to rent out camera equipment, sound equipment, or even the studio that offers (lighting, sound, green screen, ect.) your able to do that. If you want publicity for your business, events or anything bringing this community together MCN is able to help. Im very happy to be apart of this environment and watch it grow. I have used MCN 6 TV Media for 8 years for several of my businesss. The success of my business is a direct result of MCN 6 and I am most grateful. My current business 3X3 FIT has grown to now being a National business because of the local media that was my test pilot into taking the risk into a National campaign. Without MCN 6, I never would have taken the leap into the National campaign. But, the local response was so overwhelming it gave me the confidence and the RESULTS. I began working with Metro Cable 6 a little over a year ago by sponsoring KImplicity for my company Pocketblade Readers. I received more online orders instantly! Tawnja Peterson, the Executive Director, is extremely professional and talented. The energy is so vibrant here that I had to join in on the team! Now I have been a TV for "The Daily 6" for one year and am currently co-producing and hosting a new program called "The Northeast Show" highlighting Northeast Minneapolis with Jon Balch, The Restaurant Guy. Anything to do with Channel 6 will be a very rewarding experience both professionally and personally. Keeping it local is what is all about!

Who is responsible for this channel? This Pastors Study with hate monger Rev. Brock is disgusting. Why is this nasty garbage on all the time. Who pays for this public access channel? Why is this awful programming tolerated? We wouldnt allow the KKK to do a show spewing this kind of hatred. Free speech and hate speech is not the same thing. Every time I see this monster he has another rant about some people who he feels compelled to judge using some kind of sick and twisted interpretation of christianity. This guy is a self loathing creep - how can we stop funding his nasty tirades?

We LOVED working in this studio!! Nice size, very warm & welcoming. The make-up room with lights is great; having a kitchen at our disposal really helped us out. We brought much of our own gear--but this studio has lots of gear and amenities, if you need it. Nice parking lot for our crew, and back-access to studio was super handy. Thank you Kevin Chilcote and especially Tawnja Peterson for welcoming my production company, and for working with our budget. Jayde DeLano & Crow, thanks for the referral!!
