Omg run! Run as fast and as far as you possibly can!!!! They will rip you off. Charge you a month ahead and not refund you for your services being down for weeks and not refund your money for services you never used!!! Lies you must record them in order to prove they lies to you in the first place and you still will never see your money again! They will Make you spend countless hours on hold or being transferred from person to person telling them over and over what you called about until you give up on anyone ever showing up to fix your internet that suddenly stopped working! Then when they dont show up after you waited all day they say that your order had been placed on a hold for no apparent reason that they know of and no one is coming and you will need to reschedule!! So you reschedule the service call only to find out they are 3 weeks out... and your told that your out of luck... btw before all this mess it took 4 hours, no joke I have proof... for them to locate my account..! Not kidding! 23 wasted hours later I canceled my Monthly business subscription which was $189.90 a month for just internet... and was told I would be refunded the money I paid ahead. Again a lie in fact I was billed incorrectly and still fighting them to this day about not only getting a month ahead that I had already paid refunded but a bill that was double billed!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! You can not win EVER WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL DESTROY YOU!
