I wish I have a choice of 0 star. Customer service is OK. The initial computer interaction is frustrating because it makes me feel like dummy. Later on customer service agent will eventually pick up the phone. The whole "debug" process is again frustrating as I knew exactly what was happening but still had to follow the whole "debugging" process. Dont tell me you didnt knew the problem. The real problem is the internet connection speed is intermittent. the speed changes from 0Mbps to 60Mbps a couple of times within 4 hours. I am not kidding as I monitored the internet speed. I told them if I can get a constant 10Mbps, I am happy although they claim 60Mbps. Internet speed suddenly dropped to close to 0Mbps made me crazy when I was watching a movie or working from home. another problem is they might tell you that you were wrong as the internet speed is OK when you tried to "debug" as the issue is intermittent. The speed might recovered at that time. If they cant fix it, I doubt they can fix though, the intermittent issue, I will have to say bye bye to Charter.

We knew what we wanted when I called customer service. The gal on the phone said she could get us a better deal if we go with the triple play. I asked if we would be getting what I am requesting, 3 hd boxes, 3 dvrs. She said yes, this was a better deal. After listening to her tell stories about a squirrel that eats corn out of her garbage, i was ready to get off of the phone. I took yesterday afternoon off for the installer. He got here and what she booked me on was NOT close to what I had requested. So now I am waiting to hear from her supervisor to see what they can do. 24 hours later have not heard back and without service. NOT HAPPY. Service tech was great however and had empathy as he said he hears this story often. Bad business practices! The only reason they are getting a 1 star is for the service technician, Juan. So after NOT receiving a call back today~ I called only to be transferred 3 times, 1 hour later.. and still not resolved. If we werent limited on our service options, I would not be using Charter Comm..

since january I have had problems with the dvr recording Ive had many different dvrs and I have someone out every month since then and maybe more and they still cant fix it and this is june. they said that someone in farmington,mn had the same problem well i live in apple valley yet I am still paying for it this company is terrible.!!!! and you cant give no stars. what a joke this company is. too bad they are the only cable company in apple valley,mn this is no customer service when their equipment does not work. beware!!!!!!!

Do not get charter, their internet connection is awful. In fact, it took me about 20 minutes just to be able to write a review because the internet is so slow to load. It cuts out multiple times a day and takes hours to work even after unplugging the router and reconnecting. Their service is also horrible. If your tv or internet stops working, which it will do daily, be prepared to wait days for someone to come out. Everyone I know in the surrounding area and suburbs have the same problem. Charter sucks.

I am livid and am wanting to completely rid myself of this terrible service. This is the 8th night in a row where my internet has gone down. And today it went down three times consecutively. I am unable to get anything done with the constant disconnections. Spectrum, your service lacks in every way imaginable and its clear your customers satisfaction is not your number one priority. A word of advice to everyone that reads this; Do not choose spectrum as your ISP. They will only disappoint.

I have been able to stream an entire Amazon or Netflix video through internet for months without getting a "slow connection, check with your provider" message. Internet service will be up and down throughout the evening continually. Truly the worst internet experience of any company Ive dealt with. And my monthly bill just went up by $10. I wish there was another high speed company I could switch to. I actually miss Comcast !!

Horrendous. Run away. Build your own network from strings. It will run better. Oh...and when you call the help center, just assume that they have never heard of your issue even though you see it all over the internet. Also, dont bother with Spectrum. They dont assign enough bandwidth and then cant figure out why the network goes down on high volume channels (Cough....NFL....MLB.....). Find another service.

I had a very serious issue occur during the installation of service in my home. I have been trying to get information from customer service regarding what they are doing and what the process is and have received nothing but the runaround. Their customer service has been horrible and, as a result, I am disconnecting charters cable, internet and phone and going with another company.

Customer service is pathetic. Service was down, had to run wifi off my smartphone resulting in a data overage. They offered a per day credit which amounted to less than $5 for the inconvenience, then a manager agreed to $10. Really? $10 bucks for days of service interruption and my time? When can we get Xfinity in Farmington? Charter is the worst.

My first experi me was awesome with spectrum today with installation process. Prompt in keeping up appointment and notification reminders. Very professional staff. When I requested for expedited service due to some building requirements, its handled very well. Looking forward to get same experience during the service too !

Bad tv and internet signal. Kinda funny how the only cable provider in Lakeville is charter. Cant get Comcast. So charter can have a monopoly on tv and internet and have lousy performance cause it doesnt matter theres no competition. How does that work? I hate satellite so no switching to that. No options is garbage!!!

Charter has the WORST customer service in the whole world. Everyone you talk to gives you a different answer and NO ONE helps you with your problem. Unfortunately, and sad to say, they are the only cable company in my area. They are not willing to help you out at all and only want your $$$

Took all my devices in to return, had a large bag. At the end of transaction I asked if agent could throw the bag away for me. You would of thought that I asked her to wash and wax my car for free!!! Get a new job if you dont like this one.

Worst cable I have ever had. Thank God we are in this apartment temporarily while we finish building our home. The apt. complex has a deal with Charter. Probably the only way this inferior product could remain in business.

Waited on hold for ten plus minutes, not good. Poor interface on TV service and cannot record more than 2 shows at a time or watch a different live channel while 2 shows are recording. Charter is still in the 90s.

Cancelled internet in 2009...still waiting for Charter to pick up the modem....it is now 2017. was told someone would be by when in neighborhood....so I am to believe no one has been around for the past 8 yrs??
