TERRIBLE! HORRIBLE! WORST EVER!! Imagine every word being horrible service and apply it to this company. I have to call in WEEKLY and sometime a few times weekly to have them fix our internet....and guess what? THEY NEVER FIX IT. EVER. They send ignorant techs out who know NOTHING. I had to help a 55 year old tech out....who by the way was a total jerk and told me since I was a women I had no idea what was really wrong with my internet...if anything was. I told him if he was gonna be a (censored) a**hole he could just leave my residence. Then I called his supervisor and reported him. They said "he wont be assigned to your residence again." THEN THE NEXT WEEK I HAD PROBLEMS AND THEY SENT HIM OUT AGAIN. I told him when he got here to get the hell off my property and get someone else to help. Worst company ever.

They,could not find my property 3xs for install even though it was on the only Highway in town,Cost me 100s of dollars in gas driving there to meet the installer for a no show.I went to the top after talking to many supervisors to no avail.Dont use the phone number they init. give you on any printing as you mite eat the cost in the end .After 3 weeks I finally called hughesnet ..They were great,installed me in 2 days and had no trouble finding my easy to find house.Found out later from the locals that Windstream has terrible reception and Internet and service as it was down all the time .Hughes net has a sattelite.Hope this saves someone else from my hours of expense and aggravation.

Horrible. Our phones would randomly drop calls. Our Internet speed was erratic. When we canceled, it took them two months to "release" our phone numbers to the new provider, AND we got hit with fees that were hidden deep in the contract fine print.

Absolutely disappointed that Windstream has the monopoly on Internet Service for my area. I feel over charged for lack luster internet service.
