I wish I could give this company zero stars. I had just moved to Conway a few days ago with my boyfriend and I am in the middle of my last semester in college. I prepared ahead of time with my assignments so we had enough time to install internet. However, when we went to Conway Corporation to schedule internet installation we dealt with a rather quiet and non-informative employee. She took all of our information and gave us no details on what type of internet we were getting. She pointed out the prices and asked us how much we wanted to pay a month, that was it. Nothing about how the internet worked. My boyfriend knows a lot about connection speed so we picked the cheapest but most reliable for what we wanted to do. She charged us a good penny just for the deposit fee and the modem. We also have to pay for an instillation fee. After we gave all of our money away we had a gentleman come to our house and tell us we might have to reschedule because we didnt have a hole on our wall to reach the line through. We had no idea if he was going to charge us for the useless trip and then charge us again for the second trip. Luckily, we already had a hole in our wall because we needed to stretch a cable line to my old house (this is a camper we live in currently). He barely spoke to us, yet another quiet and non-informative person we dealt with, and once he got done he left. From that point forward our internet has only been having problems. Connection has been dropping in and out, and I am unable to complete any of my homework assignments even when all other devices are turned off. That just tells you how bad this internet really is. Dont get me wrong we picked an expensive plan to start out with because we knew how much internet we use. I will be calling as soon as Conway Corp. opens and will be complaining for a refund. I hope that no one else will consider this internet service.

Since I first moved to Conway nearly eight years ago, Ive been pleased with Conway Corporations services. My husband and I recently switched our Internet service to Conway Corporation, and although it is still being installed as I write this, I know we made the right decision. When I called to set up services, the representative was friendly and helpful. To make matters even better, she informed me that effective June 1, the speed of their Internet services would more than double – without a price increase. I pride myself on being organized and on top of things, but much to my chagrin, I entered the wrong date in my calendar for the installation. On Wednesday morning, I made sure I was available from 7 a.m. to noon. At 11:58, I called to check on the installation, and I was reminded that the installation was Thursday morning. (I had written Thursday on a Post-it note that I found later, but I put Wednesday in my iPhones calendar. And I dont question my iPhones calendar!) The representative was apologetic, but I assured her it was absolutely my fault. I asked if a technician could come closer to 7:00 so I wouldnt have to be away from work for the second day in a row, but she said she could not guarantee that, understandably so. She did tell me they would call me before arriving because I work nearby. At 6:55 on Thursday morning, a technician called to tell me he was on his way. Conway Corporation has been customer-oriented and accommodating during this entire process, and Im looking forward to faster speeds and a lower Internet bill. My only regret is not making the switch sooner!

I have moved around a lot and have used several different services in the past; and I really love having Conway Corp. First, they have been the most reliable electric service that I have ever had. I previously lived in Entergys service area, and we were constantly losing power during the summer due to transformer failure. I have seen Conway Corp work very hard to maintain electricity to their customers at all times. Second, I havent had any issues with water, sewer, or trash collection. Third, we are so much happier now that we switched cable and internet from AT&T to Conway Corp. The service with AT&T was great, but the prices were ridiculously high. We just went with basic cable and are happy, and will probably upgrade to service with a DVR sooner or later. When we first got internet, it seemed to go out a lot, but now its reliable; my daughter can watch Netflix on the smart tv, while I watch it on my computer and work on homework at the same time, and my husband uses the wifi on his smartphone. We havent tried the other services that Conway Corp offers, which are home phone and security services.

I still have this service, but not because they are a good ISP. Their customer services is wonderful. It is easy to get a hold of someone and they are quick to respond to problems. However, that being said, having the 50MB download and 3MB upload speed, I cannot watch a netflix video while my sister listens to an online lecture. Is that worth $80 per month? No, no it isnt. Actually, I think I will just hook up a couple of copper wires to a potato and amp up the speed a bit. "Oh, it is probably your router!"...uhm, no. $200 on a Netgear Nighthawk router with 1GHz? Try again. Do I recommend Conway Corp? Yes because they are better than AT&Ts "fiber NOToptics". Anyway, I digress. Thank you Conway for having horrible infrastructure. I think I will go now and listen to the rest of the world bragging about gigabit internet and laughing in our faces.

These people DO NOT care about their customers. I moved across town and requested to have my services transferred, I was told by a Conway corp rep that would not be a problem and I would NOT have to pay the activation fees all over again. Then when I call to see why I did not have cable or internet at my new home, I was told my account was actually cancelled and if I wanted service I would have to pay activation fees. WTF?! The woman I spoke to was unbelievably rude but thanks to modern technology, I have the entire conversation saved as a mp3 on my phone and better believe im uploading it to YouTube and posting it all over Facebook. Conway corp will never see another dime from me! Jerks!!!!

I absolutely LOVE Conway Corp. I dont know what other people are talking about with the rude customer service and high prices; they are wonderful compared to other cities Ive lived in. Anywhere else in AR youll probably pay 2-3 times more for utility services. No, I do not work there, Im just a Conway resident that moved here from Little Rock...only 20 minutes away...and bc of Conway Corp my cost of living has gone done more than 50%! I think theyre awesome. Theyre always nice when I call for something and they tell the truth. Thumbs up from me.

I have used Entergy and some other electric companies in the past. I think Conway Corp by far has the best pricing Ive ever seen from a utilities company and very easy to deal with in my honest opinion. Especially handling issues and questions. Sometimes I think people should remember how you yourself approach situations or phone conversations. I realize there are rude people in this world but most people can handle someone who is being nice to them as well.
