My internet speeds are horrendous for the price I pay. I pay more for the 10mbs I get than people I know that have 125mbs. Internet is unreliable. I was told over a year ago we were going to have 25mbs for the same price I pay now. Still no increase in speed. The installers are horrible and have no idea what they are doing. Told me all the "icons" on my desktop are slowing my connection. I have built computers for 25 years. I think I know what is wrong. I also did tech support for Roadrunner when it was in Memphis. Their tech guys have no idea what is going on half the time and want to blame my in home network for their problems. Also their phones are disconnected. Not sure if they are even in business anymore. They sure take my money for such scrappy service.

I have had nothing but trouble out of this company from day 1. I have had to buy 2 modems in the past 6 months because the cable wasnt grounded correctly. This last time the CABLE GUY ENTERED INTO MY HOME AFTER I TOLD HIM I WASNT HOME AND SET OFF ALARM. He went through my house for 13 minutes before he ever called me. All the company would do is say Sorry. I have 2 young girls and dont know what this guy was doing in my house

Im giving 4 stars. Internet has been reliable and steady. The pricing is higher but thats to be expected living in semi-rural areas. The installer did a great job. I would give 5 stars if pricing was a little more competitive with the bigger companies...just remember the bigger companies dont come this far out of town. So, thank you IndCo for giving us a choice. Keep up the good work.

The worst internet Ive ever had! They want to blame my wireless router! Its not my router. For 2 weeks my internet would not work for 7 hours or it would come back on for only a few minutes at a time and go out for hours. Ive been trying to call them for 7 days and nobody will answer the phone so I can pay my bill! What the actual hell!!!!

I lived in Batesville for 20 years.. that being said, the best internet your gonna find around there is Suddenlink. But then again that whole area has bad internet service all together. So either way you go your internet is gonna suck.

Theyre Internet is slow as well as inconsistent. Indco has given me nothing but trouble. Speeds are garbage and prices are high. Very displeased.
