Over the years if my internet was slow. They would fix it immediately. I once ran speed test for a month. When I showed I was paying for 20 meg but getting 14 meg as an average. They stopped telling me its a normal drop and now I get 22 as an average. Good company corporate will work with you. Dont always listen to their service guy.

They have been unable to make Wi-Fi work in my house. I get better reception from my next door neighbors house then I do from my own modem. I feel like Im being held hostage because we have no other options other than satellite service. The TV services work fine.
