Why when you are trying to contact your local office of Carter, it takes forever to get through all the computer generator lists, and talk to someone who breathes oxygen. We went to get out conversion boxes and they sent three home with no power cords. We live over 30 minutes away one way, and it means we will have to drive there again, for no reason due to us. This company has a strangle hold on cable services and WE pay for them, and cannot get even half assed service. We now have no cable and now no TV. which we are paying for. Please return to HUMAN service techs, ditch the computer generated prompts, and actually help US that pay the bills!!!! I am beyond frustrated!!!! PS why dont local offices take local calls????? This smells like dead fish.

Charter is a prime example of a monopoly. If you want crappy customer service, ridiculous hidden charges, hours long phone calls for simple questions, up-selling at every moment they can if you dont have the most premium package, then you also want access to the Internet. Because you arent going to find it anywhere else.

Staff has always been friendly to me. I usually go in knowing what I want and they help me if they can. Have witnessed very rude customers and a staff member try to be helpful with no understanding from the customer. Jut remember they do not set the rules.

Here is a list of 5 of the slowest things I know: -Nematodes -Seahorse -Slug -Koala Bear -CHARTER INTERNET This is the worst internet provider I have ever had, constantly cuts in and out and not worth the price. That is all, thank you.
