The personnel were polite, but I am speaking about the service, I dropped the cable and went to Direct TV, I have kept the internet and the land line for a reason. I am older and need the phone for 911. Since 2015 I have had my service turned off instead of my neighbors who were the ones that were to have been disconnected. At times I have been without service for 2 weeks, yes I get a credit, but does that help me use my phone? I am glad they give a credit. I have had this service sine 2013 and have had nothing but trouble when the service goes out Mediacom does not send out a text to there customers letting them know. I am stuck with them until July of 2018. Now my next question is who is this quote"owner" unquote that answers, that to me is very questionable, as we the public know owners do not respond to customers. Just my humble opinion. Respectfully

Worst customer service ever! Here I thought Dish Network was bad! I renewed my contract to get a "better deal," and they charged me more than they said it would be. When I called about it, the representative said they would have to "pull the call" and see what was said. No one ever called me back, so after a week I called again. The representative that I talked to said someone called me back to let me know that I agreed to be charged what I am being billed. The prices are unreal (way expensive) and the little digital boxes that they make you have, and pay for each month, is crazy. I am really starting to understand why so many people choose Netflix and Hulu.

Im so upset, I have the internet/ tv bundle. I can barely watch TV before the channel pixelates then the screen goes black. Have to unplug my wifi box 15-20 times a week as it goes off all the time. My choices are limited in my town for cable or wifi connections. And their prices always go up. Said I was locked in at 1 price for two years. Ive had this crappy service for a year. Please fix your service.

It is a pretty good cable/ internet/phone company... When they decide to work right, as well as not doing routine maitence all the time during the night when a lot of people I know use it around that time anyways.
